I ordered a dress off of lolipromdress website and it was a mermaid dress made of velvet. While on the website I specifically looked for reviews and everything was five star. That is incorrect. Lolipromdress is a third party store claiming to make prom dresses. The actual merchandise actually comes from a company called Light in the Box which is somewhere past China. I ordered my daughter's dress under the assumption that it would arrive at our home by September 5, 2018. Well the package reached China on September 5, 2018 and the website never mentioned the dress coming from somewhere else. I actually paid $70 extra shipping charge for the dress to arrive in China. My dress arrived several days after the party, it was a polyester dress and not velvet, and they will not return my money. Lolipromdress website says hassle free returns but that is a lie!

dress was nothing like the photo. waist was nearly to my boobs, chest area didn't fit at all, and the dress flared out from the too-short waist line adding 20lbs... looks awful and not cheap either. Run far, run fast.

Paid 279$ for a dress that looked cheap , NOTHING like the picture & beads were looose. When i told them I wanted to return it and even sent pictures of the difference they said they don’t do returns & that the dress looks “ nice “ to them. Very unprofessional & fraudulent. I had to despute the purchase with my credit card company.

Just awful they lie about shipping the dress was late and they didn’t return my shipping don’t ever order from these foreign companies. I paid extra for an rush order and it still was a day late. You wil think that they will return the extra shipping cost but across when you deal with foreigners they get over because they are in China and we are in America. Give America your money not China
