As others say, stay away from them
First year and second year it was great. This year, it's been 6 months since i'm waiting for them to refund me as i had to advance the cost of the repair.
They keep telling me by phone that they made the payment but i never received the money and they do not answer by phone or email or chat...

Don't use them
Don't use them, they are rude and they try to Bully you if you are not french.
When I sold my car send the paperwork, one week after starting my second year and still they charge me one entire year, 200 euros more expensive than the first year

I would never use this company
I would never use this company! It was recommended to use them from my Immobilier in France. They don't answer emails and when you call them on the phone with questions, the lady started yelling at me about their mistake. Do not recommend, there are better companies out there
