A very dishonest credit provider, when paying extra monthly payments back on your credit card, the amount doesn't come off your interest free debit, it sits in a retail account. this effectively forces you into interest payments after your honeymoon period ends, This in its self erodes the reason for choosing them for interest free payments, don't worry about complaining, they don't respond to emails or letters therefore the only advice I can give is you will need to download an app and record all conversations with their staff to later use against them, staff will not escalate the call to a manager therefore your only option is to highlight the SCAM to the retail outlet you purchased your goods from and the financial ombudsman to rectify the payment issue

They are an absolute joke!,,,,take at least 5 days to answer emails, lose emails, don't action them. I requested a change in direct debit 5 weeks ago and after multiple emails (and them saying they has lost attchements) it still hasnt been actioned! and all they say sorry we are busy??!!!! I am disgusted at the service and they have a nerve to charge such high interest?! what justification do they have? its definately not their customer service.....I will NEVER use them again.

Im have $ 8500 dollars missing from my Lombard credit card from last 4 weeks and no body have any answers , this is the worst company, in Australia,Now Im have to report this to police and see if we can get my money back.
Way too many system problems
Worst company ever. 5 times now we have had to deal with system glitches. Every time we tried to use the card and we are told insufficient funds. It happened at a service station with no other way to pay. They keep saying we are sorry, but it keeps happen. Its very embarrassing. All they ever want to do is escalate it. Then more false promises. Trust me when i say its not worth to frustration using them. They even stuff up the payments we make. Completely over them now.

Interest rates are through the roof and they don't have normal standard processes. Anything you need to call up about is an issue and takes months for them to actually get it right. The calla go straight to the Phillipines and although they speak good English they really don't understand what you're asking them.
I asked if i could reset the pin on my card and they said they can't because they need to send out a new card and should have kept a letter they sent to me 2 years ago with the pin number on it
I asked for my direct debits to come out on the 16th of every month as apposed to the 9th to align with my pay cycle. BIGGEST ISSUE EVER. They said we can do it but you will get $30 a day late fees because we can't move your cycle.

Terrible service from Eva and Isabel! Rang up to request a new card and told I need permission from my husband to receive one. What a joke! I set the whole account up and make all the payments from my account and only put him on there as the flights were in both of our names. He works out bush and almost impossible to have him "give me permission" Offered no real solutions but just listed off protocol and all the the stuff they couldn't do. Not helpful at all. Have lost my business, am paying out the account in full today, don't care if its interest free or not!
Unethical company that I am going to…
Unethical company that I am going to report to the ombudsman and the police for harassment. These people clearly do not understand it is against the law to call someone's telephone 10-15 times per day repeatedly. It appears in December a $120 payment didn't happen, one payment only and they have harassed my phone (and now I will not pick up and speak to them for that reason, how dare they) 10 plus times per day to the point I have had to block ALL calls other than favourite numbers due to their harassment. I am now seeking legal advice due to the stress they have caused me over the past months, reporting them to the highest level and will be calling the police as it is harassment. The law states that a reasonable level of contact is once per week. Not 10-15 calls per day
Terrible customer service!
Opened the account last year after our travel agent recommended this company. We were relieved at the high standard of customer service. Well, the last two phone calls, Nov 2017 and today Feb 2018 were shocking, unprofessional, slow, asked the same questions over & over and made what was once a very simple process a very drawn out and uncomfortable. When the account was opened, I dealt with English speaking operators and now it appears your call is transferred to the Philippines. Something dodgy going on in the background, having to put me on hold over 3 times to speak to someone else. If I find I have been charged for paying out my card balance as previous card holders on here have experienced, I will not be using this company again. Very disappointing.

Fees lol that's another story for this amount of screwing u would think u can have call centers in Aus and have some intelligence but being part of certegy.
