Initial contact was okay and then it all fell apart. Multiple case managers assigned to my case without notification or introduction. Whole process took two and a half years. Hardly any contact from them, I was the one initiating almost all the contact for updates, when they could no longer do anymore they then referrer your case to AFCA.
My case was closed and then reopened and they didn't even make me aware of it. Sent me an email stating that if I didn't give AFCA the extra information required my case would be closed the next day and I would incur a fee of $500. I never received an email requesting to give that information. Infuriating
I truly believe the outcome I got was all due to AFCA, their report was spot on. I never once saw anything submitted from Claimo cause they don't share that information with you, even though your paying them to do it.
All correspondence was only via email, couldn't talk to them on the phone, only time they called me was when I contacted AFCA to find out the extra information required and AFCA contacted Claimo expressing my concern. Many, many mistakes and contradictions. I had to pay them 20% fee plus 10% GST on my long uninformed over due and delayed case. Now they are charging 30% plus 10% GST. Don't waste your time, effort and money, you can get you case assest and done for free using AFCA. Because I signed a contract with Claimo I had to pay them their fee. If I could give them a zero star instead of a 1 star I would of.
Have used their service over the past couple of years and thought was completed, but they found another claim. It was completed and settled quickly and I received funds that I was not expecting within a week. A very professional group that has been easy to deal with.

My initial check they found I was not due a refund and I thought that was the end of the story. Early this month they touched base to let me know they have found x 2 junk insurances and that I was eligible for a refund. It was the best news I got this month.
