I was very impressive with Claimo. I didn't know about the class action and was contacted by Claimo and just followed their lead, leading to a payout.
They were very forthcoming with the information and found them very trustworthy.

After almost 11 months I still have yet to receive a refund. After writing a review a month ago I received an email a couple of days later from Claimo with the total amount of premiums paid to one bank. The bank now has 45 days to respond. After still not hearing anything from Claimo regarding another account where I paid ‘junk insurance’ (I have told them at least twice that I know for a fact I paid premiums) I decided to send Claimo all the statements I have which show the premiums paid on September 12. I received an email yesterday (01.10.25) from Claimo stating “we have received the information and have identified an add-on insurance product linked to your account” (seriously? It took 3 weeks to just send me that email?!). I decided to call the credit card company myself to ask whether Claimo had been in contact with them at all & the answer was NO, no contact with Claimo had occurred at all since lodging my claim 11 months ago! So for the past 11 months Claimo have been telling me they have been working on my case which clearly is NOT true. I find it extremely offensive to find out a company has been intentionally misleading & will then have the audacity to charge me a 30% (+GST) fee. As a single parent with a child who has constant doctor & therapy appointments I desperately need this money owing as my current car is on it’s last legs. If I had known my experience with Claimo was going to be this long with no result I would have completed the process myself.

I have been dealing with this company for a number of years now and even though some of the information I have given them has been very brief they have always managed to come through with a positive result. Some matters have taken quite some time but obviously it’s a process that has to be undertaken And in some instances I have actually been surprised with the results from From Claimo. Submitted my claim, Claimo were thorough in checking both of my banks for junk insurance. From the start they have corresponded with me by phone and email frequently to keep me updated or for more information.
My claim has now been settled and it was a rather lengthy process but at all times they were professional, friendly, informative and prompt.
I appreciate all of their assistance in achieving a positive outcome, I would not have been able to do this on my own, thank you Claimo.

The fact that I didn't have to track all my accounts it was done for me. How ever it has taken nearly a year and I haven't seen any funds as yet (it is coming through)

My wife saw an article on claiming junk insurance charges on bank and insurance accounts through Claimo. So we filled out application form through the Claimo website to get the proceed started. Claimo does all the hard work checking all accounts you have nominated on form. They kept you informed on their progress throughout the whole process. We were fortunate to have been charged junk insurance on one of our accounts. Claimo handled the whole process. We were refunded thousands back. If it wasn't for Claimo we would of never received the refund. I would highly recommend Claimo if you need a reliable company to look for junk insurance on your accounts.

Lie incompetent won’t even let you to return emails when they know there cooked do nothing for you, sent in information that they requested 8 months off bullshit Please provide your response by 11 September 2025 to me in a separate email.
