Quite happy with Claimo in the fact I didn’t have to bother with paperwork which is why I asked them to look after my claim in the first case. Was frustrating that I couldn’t talk with anyone and had to do all of my business through emails. Other than that I’m a satisfied customer. Thank you Claimo.

Great company and service. Took a while but got a substantial refund after a few months. They really know their stuff and were nice to deal with.

Slow to respond, tried to overcharge the commission. Have to follow up multiple times. My partner's case was closed off even though he was owed a settlement, they assumed it was part of another class action and just closed it off. He's since re applied and sent them the original email stating he was owed a claim and that was about 5 months ago, no response. They don't deserve 20 or 30% commission.

The service was great but waiting 10 to 15 days for payment is a bit rough ...not on this companies side but Citibank...

No one wanted to return calls , when requested , even after a internal email was sent i still did not receive any calls. And if they had called and I did not pick up , they never left a message for me to return the call
