Just after midnight I ordered a bottle of whisky, 3 bottles of pop and a bag of peanuts! (this shop delivers through the night) The order was accepted! I even gave £5 tip to the driver on the app. After 10 mins got a text saying my orders is cancelled No reason why!? I've ordered later than this before and got my order! Maybe just a bad employee couldn't be arsed!? No idea. I get a text if an item I've ordered is not there, so I know that's not the reason.

Absolutely rubbish. Take your money don't deliver.

Londis Tutbury is a disgrace ! Rude staff, they think the locals want to rip them off, I’ve been abruptly accused of giving the wrong money, followed round like a shop lifter. They took over a local village business and have overcharged, disrespected shoppers, tried to take customers from other established local businesses, sold vapes to underage kids. It’s Shocking!

Londis is always fully stocked, lots of choices, find an offer every time, staff members are always smiley and helpful, on the contrary of the neighbourhood over the years became challanging

We drive a customised VW transporter van and upon using the ONLY parking bays infront of the store we were rudely pointed at by the assistant that we couldn’t park there because of our vehicle? Your poor positioning of cctv should not stop your customer’s convenience, hence to say we left and took our custom elsewhere, Londis at Beighton Sheffield

Winchester Londis are a disaster.

If you order from them via Uber Eats, they simply do not answer the phone to any calls, even when there are issues with the delivery (eg not being able to find a rider.) A total and utter waste of time, especially when coupled with Uber Eats’s own gross incompetence.

Very dissapointed that Handcross Service Station Londis on the A23 Southbound of Pease Pottage is selling sour milk. The shop has an ineffective chiller unit so milk turns sour before it's sell by date. However they still sell the milk. I have had milk from them on two occasions in the last week and both times the milk was sour when bought. The shop refused to exchange or refund my money.

I went to the Rodbourne Road, Swindon branch. They say they accept packageless returns. They refused to take it despite the site saying they do. I then went to Great Western Way branch and they refused to take it as well because they said the label machine is broken. I've wasted half my morning trying to send a parcel back and still not possible.

I visited the Londis in Thursday 4th July to purchase a disposable vape product.
When I got to my car I noticed that the device was not working so I went back into the Londis to ask for a replacement as the product was faulty. The staff member refused to give me a replacement or my money back and said I would need to come back in and speak with the manager on Friday morning. I explained to the staff member that it is my consumer right to receive a replacement or a full refund. He did not care at all.
I returned on Friday morning and was told that the manager Shamina does not start until 10am, so to add to the whole saga I have driven out of my way and still not had a resolution. I was advised that if I leave my number, Shamina would give me a call.. I have still not received a call. I have been working with customers for over 20 years, and I have never come across such poor customer service. If I was the manager of this Londis, I would have additional concerns that my supplier is charging me for faulty products. What if one of these faulty devices explodes.. Londis would have a far bigger problem on there hands. How in this day and age is a customer able to be sold a faulty product and not be entitled to a replacement or refund? Does Londis work outside the Consumer Rights Act? It appears so..

Londis Cheltenham stopped accepting cash. I don't go there any more and neither should you. Boycott this company.

Londis westfield hastings use to be a good shop the staff are great but the owner doesnt know how to work the tills he watches you thinking you are going to shoplift he also double scans items so it costs more terrible shop

Well, Londis on Broadstairs High Street, not a place I would dream of going to. Overpriced confectionary, booze, vapes, cigarettes and lottery tickets are not my thing. However, for reasons beyond me it was given the franchise for the Post Office last year. A poor decision by Royal Mail. it doesn’t have the space nor the competence. Unfortunately, from time to time I have to use it. The manager of the shop was rude to me for standing ‘in the wrong place’, - there is no space - I gave him a curt (not rude) response at which he started ranting at me being 60, I am a bit too old to get overly involved. Clearly, he does not respect his costumers as he shouted at an elderly woman who sympathised with me and he clearly has no customer service skills. A terrible place and a stain on the High Street.

The Londis supermarket in Gifford Road Farnborough has a Post Office counter too
Very helpful Staff who were very supportive with me when I moved just down the road. Well done. They put up with me. Moaning about local problems and agreed with me!!!

The Londis in ripple road barking is amazing and so are the staff always helpful will order items for you if they haven’t got them .. and friendly all the time.. especially the lady she’s always really helpful

I’ve filled my car fuel tank from Londis near to Eithad stadium and I was feeling emergency for going to washroom and I asked from the customer service person he told me that the washroom is only available for staff and we are not allowed to give out permission to the customers to use washroom, this is really pathetic thing, we should boycott such fuel stations, please raise your voice against those those companies who don’t care about customers.
And Londis team; career and development kindly trained your staff otherwise you can be replaced by Asda and shell easily.

If i could give zero i would. They tried to charge me £1 for a FREE yodel service then cheapened it when I said I will go down the road who does it for free then offered 20p then did it for free. Absolutely disgusting customer services. I would rather walk 20 more mins to another yodel service shop with better customer service. A few weeks before that, they said they dont do a yodel service anymore! Absolute liars!

Londis are a rip off for groceries £5.09 FOR A FOUR PACK of pepsi max, wine is always £3 more than anywhere else. Warburton loaf £1 more than Asda and was on its use by date.

Horrible attitude of people working there. Continuously yelled at me as I had 2 packages but only 1 barcode to return. Disappointed by the rudeness and appalled by the fact they believe they can treat young women especially this way.
