So sorry to hear that Steve has such severe health issues. I purchased a Samsung tablet last year and had excellent service.... if Steve doesn't know the answer, then you don't need to know it !!!!

I have been in the hospital for the last three months with a brain hemorrhage .surgery has left me with acute epilepsy .I wish people would be a bit more careful before leaving reviews calling people that have been in business 15 years scammers I wish those people the best of luck .as my condition is terminal ,I realise I should have spent my time in the neuro surgical ward at King's College Hospital answering customers emails .Steve London chartplotters

Steve is amazing. He has severe health issues at present and has been in hospital but when he got out he sorted our chart plotter with Antares charts as ordered - Very excited to be able to take this new piece of kit with us to Scotland.

Wonderful to deal with. Steve is a legend. He revolutionised the UK gps nav scene for us boatfolk. Still doing updates for customers, despite being in hospital for the past three months. Thanks Steve.

Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. Took my money and never delivered the Samsung T395 I bought.

Highly recommended!
Tablet GPS antenna was faulty, about a year after purchase it stopped completely. Steve checked it over and then sent out a replacement, without any hesitation. I would highly recommend London chartplotters to anyone who wants a good piece of navigational equipment.

I purchased a Samsung tablet and asked for extra raster charts to be installed as was informed £20 extra. No prob and deal done. Tablet arrived 5 days later and on trying to open up the extra charts that I wanted and indeed the only ones I would be using they did not open. Sent emails and tried the phone number and emails on the card that said open 7 days a week and no response so sent email re PayPal and still no response . I have sent the useless kit back and still waiting on my money back or even a response. Very very poor service after he has your money and urge people to go to a proper set up business to buy a tablet and charts.

Can’t say enough good things about this company, a pleasure to deal with.
