I believe this issue has now been resolved but I would like to repeat my apologies for the issue we had with our courier partners. Your order was dispatched from us to be with you on time however the order was misplaced by them in transit and we were not made aware of this until you made your enquiry with us.
I can see you emailed us yesterday and we got back to you this morning leaving a voicemail explaining the situation and supplying a full refund to you after confirming this with you several minutes later. We do get back to all emails within 24 hours either via a return email or via a phonecall.
I hope overall your concerns have been addressed via our phonecall and refund however if you have any further issues please contact me at customercare@londongraphics.co.uk with FAO Heidi in the subject line.

I believe your order has now be collected. As we said on the phone the items you ordered were not wrong they had just had a packaging change which we confirmed from the manufacturers website.
When we spoke I did arrange a courier for you but unfortunately this collection failed so we booked you another one. I am so sorry you feel let down by our service but I believe this has now been fully resolved.

Excellent Service - online and in person
London Graphic Centre provided fantastic service. I received my order when stated, the pens were well packaged and also a very competitive price. I found myself ordering online from them because I had visited there Covent Garden store the week earlier where I also received great service and advice that led to me using Winsor and Newton alcohol markers. They are fantastic, exactly what I asked for and the am very glad I now know that this is the place to visit for art supplies, both online and in person.
