Delivery went smoothly, driver was friendly and very helpful. Good quality turf which I laid immediately ( in the rain!) Two days later it’s looking lush and green. It’s exactly what we needed to transform our garden.

Good products. Let you choose your delivery date and let you know the arrival half an hour before. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Discovered this place when the local DIY chain ran out of stock of grass. A great discovery. Grass seems good so far, growing well. Assistance provided by a very pleasant and helpful member of staff, Roger.

Great quality products and on time delivery.

Turf arrived and had clearly sat too long on a pallet. Turf is advertised as being delivered in excellent condition. The middle turfs in the pallet were really hot and had started to ferment where they had been rolled up too long. This meant that a lot of it was damaged and dead. I ordered 5m2 extra and ended up throwing all this away and still was left with having to lay damaged and dead bits which I have had to seed. I have sent two separate emails to their sales and complaints departments including pictures and have received no replies in the 2 weeks since I sent them.

The quality of the turf is excellent. The online process for ordering was very easy and transparent concerning delivery dates. I picked it up from their North West London depot and the Lawn Turf representative helped to load my car, which was great...a very good service!

Used this company since they first started up and have been a loyal customer ever since. Easy to deal with along with prompt deliveries and good products. The driver is always very helpful too.

It blows my mind that this company would have any negative reviews. Everything was perfect, from the delivery to the quality of the turf.

Top quality turf. All staff friendly and they helped load the turf into my vehicle. Great company, great staff.

Dreadful. The initial order did not arrive as they ‘forgot to put it on the lorry’. When it did arrive a few days later it was larger than ordered. I then paid for the excess top soil to be taken away…but on the collection day no one arrived. Despite endless (and I’m talking a dozen or so) attempts to rearrange…nothing. Calls go unanswered. When I do get through I’m told they will be out on Tuesday…nothing happens…in a nutshell some of the worst customer service I have encountered. Avoid with a barge pole…..still waiting two months later.

asked for lawn to be replaced and a path improved. they did not edge the lawn ( leaving different lengths sticking out depending on the end of the roll),and several lengths immediately died. For the path they did not put back all the stones they took up initially from the path leaving it worse than before. they even left a wheelbarrow behind with some of the stones in it showed in a hedge. the sections that died were replaced with no quibble but it took 4 visits to fix path , lawns and i did the edging myself ! Was recommended this company by a lawn specialist who came and looked at the garden after the first work and as a professional was horrified. Job finally done well ( bar the path) i assume they just have some " less experienced" crews and not enough training

Turf is pretty good, however the delivery driver lets down the company.

Really great service! Top soil, compost and manure were really top quality, as always!! Quick delivery and driver was really helpful. Always have and always will use them in the future. Highly recommend!!
