Really bad service! They did not put me in the apartment that I booked because someone of them booked the wrong apartment for me. Then it was impossible to reach them via email or the phone and it was not ok for me to switch to a different apartment or get my money back. I was promised an apartment with 2 rooms and a seperate Kittchen and I got a room with a Kittchen Right next to the bed which I would never have booked for that price or in general. First they told me it was my fault, after I send multiple emails they realized it was not. Also for checking in I had to wait 2 hours because they forgot to put my name on the list. They apologized for it but still really not the best for your moving day. Also they still charge me for the big apartment and one the phone the women literally said to me I should just stay there I won’t find anything better anyway so...

After a whole day spent struggling to find 32 weeks accommodation for my son in Central London, as a drama school student offered a late place, Benjamin at London Nest made it incredibly easy. It was so much easier than trying to book through anyone else. Rarely do I think that anything is worth 5 stars or a proper review on a website like Trust Pilot but this service was simple, reassuring and exactly what we needed. I’m a middle aged mum who was told my youngest child will be starting a short course in Central London in less than a month. We looked at other halls and we looked at short and long lets on all the rental websites. Trust me...save yourselves the anxiety and stress and go straight to London Nest. We used them because the building manager at the residence in question recommended them and I am eternally grateful! I will be recommending them to anyone in the same position!
