I required a place to move in super last minute and then due to some reasons I had to terminate earlier than expected. Paula and her team supported me throughout the transition and went out of their way to make sure that I was able to transfer over my contract to another tenant.

I reserved a Double Bed Studio in Fulham Palace Studios but when I arrived I was assigned into a Twin Studio. Nevertheless, Paula from London Nest was a great help and offered me a couple of solutions to make my staying more comfortable and suitable to my demands. It's great to have someone so nice, empathic and professional helping you in these kind of scenarios!
