Unreliable buses
Your pass gets you on to the Big Bus Tour, that runs every hour, so you’ll be standing at each bus stop waiting for your bus and you’ll watch multiple other tour companies pass and people get on and you’ll still be waiting for the Big Bus.

It's easy to visit the major locations…
It's easy to visit the major locations in London with good overall price discount. However, some places that you can only visit in the afternoon, that reduced the efficiency of the arrangement. Overall, it's great Pass for visitors.

Had the opportunity to visit the most important places in London for 5 days using the London pass, very easy to get into the attractions with the 2d code, very easy to reserve the sites in the app, saved time by not having to get in líne to buy the tickets, saved money and time, excelent info by using the app and also e-mail notifications, I highly recommend to buy the London pass when visiting the great City of London, my wife and I had a wonderful time!!

People working have to remind who's got the pass. I paid twice, and my feelings are kind of disappointing. With regard to clipper along the Thames.

This pass was excellent

Purchased the three day London Pass
Purchased the three day London Pass. If you plan properly, you will definitely come out ahead and save big. Tip - use the Big Bus Hop On Off, to get to consecutive attractions for the first two days. Pick a central Hotel, so you can walk to third day attractions or use the one day (In the Pass) Uber Thames Boat Hop On Hop Off. Planning is key.

I was skeptical if the London pass was worth it, but I saw many things on it that I wanted to do, so we bought it ahead of time. I was pleasantly surprised at how useful it was, how many things we could do and how easy it was to use it! Definitely worth it!

Wrong time for Windsor Hop-on Hop-off
The time for the Windsor Hop on Hop off on the GoCity app were wrong, witch caused us to wait almost an hour for the buses, not the most optimal when you’re trying to get the most of your time. The rest was great, except for the fact that we still had to wait in line in some attractions, but what can you do.
