Bought 3 pairs of maternity leggings for £50, within a month holes were forming. Terrible quality, never had leggings get holes before.
They offered replacements or a 25% refund. Obviously being pregnant I'm not prepared to send back three pairs of leggings when nothing else fits my bump so I had no choice but to accept £15 refund. Should have refunded 50% if not more for the poor poor quality. I'm having to stitch them at least once a week because I refuse to buy more when I only have 6 weeks left.

Delivered a package not to my house but a locker point. Two items were missing and they are not helping and lie that it was delivered to me etc. They basically stole money from me and refuse to help. Not customer friendly. Not happy to have lost 80 euros because of them, and not helpful staff at all.
22.00 to ship ONE item back that cost 50.00.

I only bought a pair of leggings, but they didn’t suit, we returned straight away, website confirmed the parcel reached them but no refund. I waited the 21 days and emailed. A generic response saying they’d look into it and then nothing, at all! I emailed a week later, a generic response telling me how to return. I emailed again, another generic response on how to return! Even with all the codes and parcel number and order number - still a generic response on how to return!!!
It’s absolutely shocking! I am fed up with following up on it but they owe me a refund!
Good delivery, but be sure you don’t need to return or communicate! We’re 6 weeks on from them receiving the parcel!

Love these knitted wide‑leg trousers! The fit and length are excellent, so I immediately bought another pair in black and one in green. I’d really appreciate seeing more shades like brown, camel, or cream.
Just like a previous order before Christmas, where I never received confirmation of my order, yet my credit card was billed....this repeated situation from the LTS group is shocking.
The first time this practice of theirs happened...my order was not confirmed, I was charged, the order never arrived, and I had a lengthy back & forth to be reimbursed. LTS initially claimed they sent my order, and then had no control of the deliverer and it must have been lost, so customer would have to pay.
This time, after I knew I placed an order and never received email confirmation of that, I knew better to push for an email confirmation.
Makes me very reluctant to even consider LTS as an option to purchase any product.
Ordering and receiving items brilliant. Sizing - huge. Wanted to return and repurchase smaller sizes of items, that when the battle began. No customer order number in the app, no paperwork in the bag with items, no email with customer order number. Text message from Yodel with tracking information only. No person to speak to. Returns portal link doesn't work. They make it so difficult to return items. If you want repeat customers then make this process easier. I wanted to get smaller sizes as happy with quality and items, but makes me not want to do this, when I eventually sort getting a refund on my items. Also no exchanges online. Ridiculous
I have repeatedly contacted you about the wrong size robes that were sent. I contacted you several times asking for help about getting the correct size -No help. I was supposed to receive a return label (didn't get one) I have our ordered about 15 robes form you and have never had this much trouble. I was going to try to reorder the robes (which I had in my cart) but by the time I heard back they were gone. I am very disappointed. I have not had a sizing problem in the past . When I order a US size it is not comparable to the UK size. Why don't you just say you have to order UK sizing - didn't have ti do this in the past!!!!!
Shocking customer service. Reps were so unhelpful. I have been a customer for years but will never ever shop there again.
Horrible service when I reached out after receiving the wrong order. The reps completely ignored what I was saying and just kept repeating the same BS while refusing to accept responsibility, not to mention that they did not send any order or shipping conformation/tracking and did not respond to my initial requests for information about my order. Beyond rude service and very frustrating.
Please improve the quality of your joggers. The material is poor quality and the joggers bobble before they’ve even been through the wash once. I’m unable to get the leg length anywhere else and it’s frustrating to keep having to go through the process of returning poor quality items. If I could get the same leg length joggers anywhere else, I would choose not to buy them from Long Tall Sally again.
I would say some of the clothing is cheap thin quality not sure how much they will shrink after a few washes. It's a shame as they are nice fit to and some items better quality so bit hit and miss. Reason for two starts is they charge me a return restocking fee. Is that even legal? I'm going to look elsewhere now. First time purchasing and sadly will be the last
The 4 tops & yoga pants I bought are paper thin & expensive at that. I have to keep them as I need the extra arm length but I have sourced better quality at much cheaper on Amazon. All the patterns seem to be self coloured or FLOWERS, even the app forces you to view as portrait..why? I doubt I'll buy from them again. All in all disappointing.
