Very poor return service. Still waiting
I ordered items which arrived in time for Christmas. When I tried to return 2 items the sever was down so I sent an email 3 days ago. I have not received a reply. I need a return code to return items and a refund. I still have not received any reply. This I find is very poor customer service. My order number is LU25-8598-6074

Good bargains are to be had.
I find that the sizes can be o the big side so I have had to return items for exchange. There are items that I have always wanted and will be a staple on offer at a good price. It's worth combing through all of the items at a leisurely pace to find quiite a few useful surprises.

Customer returns service shocking is
I bought dressing gowns for presents. They were the wrong size. No paperwork to return them. Have tried numerous times to get a reruns label but you just don’t read things properly. No returns labels and now I will have to try to call you and try to get you to send me what I need. Never had this issue before. Terrible customer service.

Wrong sizes sent
Wrong sizes sent. Ordered PJs 14 - 16 received correct size top but size 22 - 24 bottoms. Not impressed as was given as a Christmas present. Then expected to pay £1.99 to return item when it was your fault.
