The goods were delivered on time and in good condition.

However, my last delivery was not good as it arrived late.

I have never had any issues,always great items,and very fast delivery

I vowed last time would never use this company again when they sent an order to wrong address. Now recent order not arrived and yet again customer service unwilling to help or believe me.
Shocking customer experience both times and reluctance to refund items not delivered when mistakes are theirs. Avoid like the plague

Great to deal with we live in the western isles of Scotland on the island of Lewis and the items were delivered in three days.

Normally really good I think they need to stop using Evri for delivery as they always seem to be the problem not Look Again themselves.

It's gone to pot ordered next day delivery never turned up when they did no returns note took over a week to sort no more to expensive now yearly pass has gone

Quick and easy to order parcels arrived in good time

I have used Look Again for many, many years and they are usually so reliable. Ordered clothes at the weekend, delivery was meant to be Wednesday (red top for red nose day), which I thought would be perfect. But alas still not arrived, luckily I have another old red top I can use.

Used to buy almost monthly. Now not at all unless free delivery. Since you removed the annual delivery pass it’s just not worth it. I buy from JD Williams now who do offer a yearly delivery pass. You will loose many customers because of this. Why not just charge more for the pass?!?

I ordered some trainers and they sent me used ones with an old box marked and dirty , so I organized for them to go back and a replacement to be sent for it to be cancelled I got told I wouldn't be billed for them as they was going back but I have been this company say one thing and so another and charge stupid interest stay clear

Been with lookagain for many years it's good quality and value good range of brands BUT like others miss yearly delivery pass. I definitely don't order as much because delivery is expensive. You don't offer free click n collect either . I've been ordering via Freemans which offer better delivery options

Got code for free next day delivery. Placed the order five days ago. Still not here but been asked to review order. Not impressed as away for weekend and couldn't take the items I ordered.

Ordering seemed straightforward only thing that let it down was waiting quite a while for the delivery and the delivery date was changed so had to wait a while longer, but overall the rest of the process was fine.

Beware of this company, If anything goes wrong you will get little or no help. I bought a Hoover washing machine from LookAgain/Freemans. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when it did turn up it was filthy and with the packing hanging off. It broke down after 10 weeks but they refused to help because it had lasted longer than 30 days. They pointed me towards Hoover but they appear to be so busy with complaints that nothing has been done yet and I have had to wash by hand for a total of over three and a half months so far.
