Excellent service all-round quick delivery great products will use again

I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price (the items were on sale at the time of purchase). The delivery was very quick and painless. All in all, I was very pleased with my purchase.

Easy ordering, easy to return goods, excellent delivery times. Quality of clothing 9 times out of 10 is very good.
I have been a customer for more years than I care to remember and have been very happy with the service.

If you are lucky to get a discount code, Look Again can be a very good way to shop for expensive items.
Returns are straightforward and the quality is generally ok.

Parcel arrived this morning on time. The packaging was excellent and strong so box inside wasn't damaged.

Received two pair of trainers and very pleased with the delivery and items ordered . I find it’s an easy way to shop and if I have had to phone I’ve found there Customer Service to be well managed and helpfull through my call.

I placed an order on 29/9/24 and somehow double clicked the BNPL so it didn't show. I used their online chat to ask if it could be put on and explained what happened. I was told because I had used a promotional discount I couldn't have BNPL (even though it gave me the option on checkout). I said cancel the order and they said to contact tomorrow as they couldn't do it today. I contacted on 30/9/24 got the same customer service person only to be told they couldn't cancel it!!! They then said they would stop it at the hub. At 12:26pm the tracking said "Stop and Return Customer Request. At 19.13pm It is at the National Sorting Hub. I have just had an email from EVRI saying they have my parcel. I have already placed an order with Freemans for the same items with a promotional code and also BNPL. These two companies offer the same items etc. and also Freemans parcels also have Look Again on them. So how can I have BNPL and promotional with one and be told it can't be done with the other. I will send the items back and closedown my account. Absolutely rubbish Customer Service.

Great straight forward purchase and delivery

The dress took a long time to deliver, straight after which, I ordered a jumper to go with it, came extremely fast. I think I have worked out why. The dress came from the company which owns there own label whereas the jumper was directly from Look Again. I have worked that out from the packaging. If this is the case why is that not stated on the website when ordering? This would stop customers thinking that deliveries are erratic with not knowing if an item will arrive very quickly and another taking a week, thus “managing customer expectations”

Delivery awful, one item took ages the other cancelled with no explanation

The delivery date was originally Wednesday 11th September but I had a call the previous week saying it would be Tuesday 10th between 4.30 and 6.30pm which if I'm honest suited me better. However on Tuesday the 10th, at 3.45 I got a call to say the delivery people were outside my address. I was still at work!!! I told them I would be there in 30 minutes but they said they couldn't wait and wanted to leave the furniture outside my door!! I told them no as I would not be able to carry the items up to my flat. They said they would try and get access to the main door and leave the furniture items outside my flat door. They told me I would be able to get the items into my flat myself as the items were small. I didn't think this was the case but had no choice but to agree. When I got home I could manage one item fairly easily however the larger item proved more problematic for a solo woman! There is also the matter of the delivery charge which was supposed to include the delivery men unwrapping the items and placing them in a room of my choice. Obviously this did not happen! I know delivery times are approximate but I expected the items within the window I was given or at least should have been contacted with a revised window. I would never ever buy items from this company again. Very poor service!

Utter useless!!! All my orders over the last 30 days have had a delivery problem. Freemans / Lookagain allow their merchant -/- supply network to take care of their order deliveries. Thus by doing so they dictated the terms of delivery without informing you who they are? I ordered 4, metal A3 signs. Freemans & Lookagain "suppliers on this occasion used Royal Mail stand postal services without tracking! I had no idea when they were to be delivered! All I received from Freemans & Lookagain was a standard email notification my delivery was with Royal Mail. I ask where is the common sense in that? There is no way those 4, individual A3 packages would fit through a standard mailbox opening!!! Because there was no tracking, obviously to keep their cost down, I presumed they were expecting me to be in when these unplanned deliveries occur. How many people I wonder wait in all days just for their general post that can fit easily through a standard mailbox opening. Six times I've complained to Freemans & Lookagain about this. All they give is an apology for the reoccurring issue with non tracked deliveries that can't fit through a standard mailbox or letterbox opening...

Great experience there was a problem with delivery but I got a refund which was well accepted
All in all great website and great Company to use
