I bought a new Audi A6 Avant. The issue is that the car was not clean. There was a thin layer of dust on the passenger seat and rear seats and on the air con unit in the rear. The drivers and passenger inner window sill had green algae and there are odd baked on water or chemical marks on the lower external trim below the doors on both sides. These don't seem to want to clean off, leaving me wondering when if any ceramic coating was added. When pointing to this I was told it's water marks, which is odd as I was told it was ceramic coated and then parked in doors. The purchase was relatively smooth as was the trade in. The car is awesome, except the rear view camera, which is obstructed by the bumper making some parking on the white line slightly awkward. It's a big, that drives as if it's smaller. Perhaps the A5 may of been a better option. The economy is about spot on and I bought a diesel. The MHEV seems to work and is heard, but is quiet.

Ben was so helpful and patient. He listened to what I wanted and really worked hard to find the car for me. Uber impressed with his attentiveness and consideration. I live closer to Farnborough but this is my second car from Basingstoke and great service.

Jake is what made us come to Basingstoke! His professionalism and can do attitude cannot be faulted. He was very helpful in securing us a beautiful brand new A1 and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly rate the service at Basingstoke Audi from all staff 10/10 experience

This time it was Gill who helped me with my purchase, She was really friendly and knowledgeable and let me take as long as I wanted to, to choose the correct car for me. It was ready for me to collect when they said it would and as a surprise, the car was hidden underneath an Audi labeled drape, what fun it was to pull the drape off to see my car revealed.

I recently picked up my new car from Audi Basingstoke and overall had a very positive experience. The team were friendly, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. There were a few issues around me selling my car privately which did delay the handover slightly, but they were patient and helpful while everything was sorted. Extremely positive experience. Going electric turned out not to be the right choice for my needs and between Matt and Alan they were exemplary in how they managed the situation and put me as the customer as the priority above all. The whole experience was stress free. The staff were informative and in no way “pushy”. Gill Glasgow was extremely personable from the moment I booked the test drive through to the hand over of the new vehicle. She also called a few days later to check all was well with the car.

Had our Q5 serviced and new tyres fitted . Video on our car and everything explained. I asked for front wheel alignment but they rang to say it didn't need it . Brilliant and friendly service .

Visited after seeing a car I was interested in in Auto Trader. Asked to see a salesperson and from there on in there was a easy, no pressure experience that resulted in a purchase of an Audi A4. The part exchange price given was fair and since taking delivery, having a minor issue and clarification on the vehicle app, I have received great support. It is early days but I am happy to have done business with thus professional team.
