I have had £1500 taken from my account
They did exactly what they did to the reviewer on the 17th May to me "removed money from my account and I contacted them and they wouldn’t tell me where it went and said I had done it"
If this has happened to you, contact the "financial ombudsman". I have filled a complaint, hoping to get my money back
I have a loot account that as been paussed since i first started it, I have 226 pounds there that iI wanna transfer to a british account or a portuguese account, this problem as been delaying my life, and sincerely I think you should reimburse me of all the hustle I´m having with your lack of respect towards your clients.

Word: avoid mobile banks and stick with high street ones, they are more reliable will listen to your complaints.
Just an overall scam. Paused my card for no reason. Took months to reply. Still haven't replied to any court documents which means an automatical ccj issued against those in charge.
Still haven't returned my money and now they have gone busy. Good riddens karma is a sweet sweet thing..
When they hold your money the can do whatever they want, they can block your account with all the money within, even when there's not any bloody reason. They will tell you some ridiculous bleep about suspect transactions, even if you didn't do anything strange,maybe an online purchase, maybe sold something on ebay, maybe your parents/friends moved some money onto your card, really there is absolutely nothing suspicious. You will try to contact them for some help, you ll feel embarrassed to confess you need the money because those money are the only savings you have, you ll be about to cry at the phone trying to explain that your landlord doesn't care about and probably he thinks you re a lier trying to set up excuses to avoid payments... Well, think as when you ask customer service for help they are kinda deaf and you're kinda mute, try to picture the situation in mind...
My account has been blocked for over a year now with all my savings in It. I have been suffering and not been paying my bills at all because this stupid bank have been doing a review on my account. I message them every single day and I have even contacted the police and ombudsman to help me with this and they are working on it as well

Dont trust them its been 13hrs since i transfered money to one of my other accounts and they havent sent the money and they are ignoring me every way that i try do not use its honest s@#t
Very bad customer service, saying my account is suddenly being paused where I just transferred some money into the account the day before. Try to contact them through live chat, they are not replying. Try to call them no one is answering. And not sure why suddenly paused my account and hold all my money. I have never seen a bank will suddenly paused your account. I would not recommend people to use loot anymore. Others are way better.

Don't use this card to travel around London. I'm charged everyday and I seldomly leave the house. I walk to work, only go out on the weekend for a drink which is a bus a away.
When I asked if I can have a refund on days that I didn't travel they blamed it on TFL, I tried to register my card on TFL to reclaim all my refunds. The site does not accept the card.
It was nice in the start but this card is affecting my credit score. Also money takes so long to arrive into my bank through a transfer. It was sent 8:31, now its 11...and it still hasn't turned up.

My experience was amazing at the start of joining Loot until I was soon astonished by how they had removed money from my account and I contacted them and they wouldn’t tell me where it went and said I had done it. I kept trying to explain myself but they kept making out that I was a liar I’ve never felt so embarrassed to be banking with them in my life. I told them to close my account. Me being stupid I forgot that I had a refund due to go back into that account. I contacted again asking what I could do. They notified me that the refund hasn’t gone into the account but they won’t be able to help me either way. So they have my details still but can’t help me? I would advice you to use reputable banks - even online banks like Revolut and Monzo are fantastic.
1 month and half ago my account has been paused. I was very frustatrated with the lack of reply and no information about the blockage. However, the head of complaince called me with an explanation and excuses for the time they took to reply and everything was cleared and well explained. They are an honest company and they do care of their customers. Thanks Meg and Jeff for your services

All this is a con for some reason my account was blocked. I had a state payment try to go in but says declined and loot wont answer back as i need them to send the money back so i can get it another way. But as i said no reply atall. If i dont hear back ill be phoning police and trading standards.
