Item not received. Shoddy customer service

I ordered an outfit 02-09. I didn't receive it after a while and followed up. They informed me then that it was a preorder, which was not communicated before. I then waited longer and the item still wasn't received. I emailed them again telling them to cancel my order and send my money back. They kept saying wait an additional couple days every time I asked about the status of my refund. Still I received no updates. It's been 22 days since they said they would issue my refund and I haven't received it.

Products Not Accurate

I ordered a dress and the color was supposed to be green and it arrived yellow. The material was supposed to be a silky polyester material but came feeling much like cotton. Not at all what I ordered for my birthday. I reached out to customer service and got this generic discount/refund response and I’m forced to eat shipping costs when I would have never ordered the dress in the first place if I was given an accurate description. Also, I have attempted to post reviews on the site to warn others and provide an accurate description of the dress before they buy it but I believe Loragal keeps deleting the rating and review.

I don't know if people are being paid to write good review about this clothing site. They absolutely do not deserve even a zero. I ordered 3 clothes from them. Those clothes looks and feels like they just melted nylon and lay it on a sheet to dry. Total rubbish and nasty that they shipped to my house. I have never seen a thing like this. I had been searching on Loragal for a while and finally decided to order a gold dress for my daughter’s wedding on February 21, 2026. I placed the order on December 25, 2025, and they immediately withdrew $91 from my account. After that, I received no information for a month. On January 21, 2026, I finally received tracking information, and the dress arrived on January 28.
When I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The dress was very cheaply made. I ordered a gold dress, but what I received was beige with specks of cheap gold glitter. Honestly, dresses from Shein looked better than that one.
I spent two weeks trying to reach customer service with no success. They made no effort to correct the situation, so I traced the order back through PayPal and filed a complaint. That finally got their attention, and Loragal responded.
I explained how disappointed I was and requested a full refund. After going back and forth for two weeks, they gave me two options:
Keep the dress and receive 40% back ($35), or
Send the dress back at my expense (about $25) and receive a 50% refund ($45).
I chose the first option. Within seconds, a large message popped up saying: CASE CLOSED.
I will never order anything else from them again. They do not stand behind their product, and the dress looked nothing like what they advertised.
In the end, I went to Belk and paid more for a dress, but I was happy with it. Sometimes you truly get what you pay for.
