Forced to leave at least 1-star, which is absolutely ridiculous ! This company deserves 0-star rating. I've never ordered clothing online due to skepticism of not being able to see the item before purchase. I'll NEVER make this mistake again!
Order took approximately 3 weeks to be delivered , which was the first red flag. The tracking site didn't appear to be legit because of the pop ups and multiple ads, so I was unsure of my delivery date. I reached out to Loragal customer service for tracking details, and response was immediate. However, I learned that my outfit was literally being made in China! Second red flag. Item arrived a couple of days ago. The item looks NOTHING like the photo!! Quality is poorly made and looks cheap fabric is thick and stiff. The sleeves advertised are long and flowing, the sleeves on my item are 3/4 length and has elastic at the end and the skirt is oversized. I cannot bother to request a refund because of the previous complaints/ hassle of submitting a refund. Very disappointed. Fool Me Once, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered some items back in…

I ordered some items back in March,needed them for a trip,June came around and the items were not delivered,i kept emailing them back and forth,eventually one of the packages was supposedly delivered,that’s what the notification said,but i never got the package,they never refunded my money back,while the last package finally arrived after i called the bank to complain about not receiving my items,they then sent the final package,it was horrible,poorly made,poor quality and am so disappointed.Not only did i have to wait months for my package,but one didn’t receive,and the other one was poorly made.

Thievery

Bad experience

First and last time

It was taking so long for my items to ship I decided to cancel the order. I canceled the order on October 6, and per the email the funds should’ve hit my account within 10 business days. It’s now October 21st and they are advising “we are still processing the refund for you, and we have urged the relevant department regarding this issue. We appreciate your patience! NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. A BIG SCAM. Dress looks nothing like website. The customer service is horrible. I paid over $70 including shipping. So I returned the dress and paid to have it shipped back, to be hit with there only refunding me $55. That’s ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for a refund since Sept 22.

I returned an item to Loragal and have still not received my refund. The quality of the clothes is very poor and nothing like the pictures. Many other people are saying the same thing on other review sites report the exact issues. non-delivery, poor quality, unresponsive customer service, and missing refunds.

I placed an order in the beginning of August and didn’t receive the items until the end of September. The items were very cheaply made and not as shown in the photos. I emailed and asked to return the items for a full refund. I was giving the instructions on how to return but was never given a refund after sending the items back…. Now they are ignoring my emails. I’ve had a terrible experience so far. This is regarding Order No. LG01232849. . First of all I got a partial delivery. The rest of my items have still not arrived.

The quality of what I received was not as good as I was expecting and I want to return them. However, I wrote to Customer service and told them I would like to receive the rest of my shipment so that I can send everything back in one batch in case I have problems with the expected items .
Initially, I got a response. But for the last 48 hours, I have simply asked for the address to send these items back so that I can get a full refund . I have not gotten any response to my emails. Regarding shipment of my refund.

This company is looking very disorganised in my view and they really should not be in business!

I will continue to write these review reviews until I get my full refund.

I will only edit it or take it down when loragal have refunded my £200

I ordered two lovely dresses for my 40th birthday. One was on preorder and arrived late (which I didn’t realize at first), but the refund process was so smooth and quick.
