I like the dress I ordered

I like the dress I ordered. However, I ordered a dress in October for events I had scheduled in December. The dress did not arrive until February. I wish they could figure out how to make shipping more expedient. I have been reluctant to order again because of the long delivery time frame. I will use the coupon offer and try again. I hope it arrives more quickly.

This has got to be the most exhausting transaction in my entire life. The first item received was way too big. I ordered a medium. I got like an extra large. I reached out to them advised they said to send pictures. I included the pictures and waited for the last item to come just in case it didn’t work out so I can send it in one package.

Last item came, the back of the outfit was nothing like the one that was in the picture so I’m guessing they’re using other people’s style and do not know how to actually do them properly.

My issue with that is dishonest and unprofessional. I will never ever order from them again. I submitted a request for the return items they made an offer about giving me some percentage which I completely refused and then I have to fill out a form and included in the return. I did that on August 30 sent off to the post office then I emailed them with my proof, I was supposed to get my return credit by September 9. I just received it today September 23. I hope this really helps someone to never ever order with this company they are pathetic. Btw, there was a 3rd item that was damaged.

I WISH I COULD ATTACHED WHAT WAS SENT, IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE!!! 😒

I received an email on August 10th stating that my order has been shipped, but as of today, I still didn’t receive it. Buyers beware of Loragal.
