My experience was perfect I received my order within 3 days from ordering. My order was in perfect condition and the package was thoroughly secured. I will definitely order from this company again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! After they filed bankruptcy and were bought by another company to turn this store into an e-commerce store, the service is terrible. The reputation is no longer. I ordered a pair of sunglasses 18 days ago and it still hasn't shipped - it's still showing as "processing." You can not chat a live person and I keep getting the same automated response via their customer service email stating my "item is currently in transit to their fulfillment center. Once it arrives and has been through inspection, my order will be shipped and I will receive a shipping notification." How do you expect to sell luxury goods and have terrible shipping? Every other known department store ships within a week. Never will I ever purchase from Lord & Taylor again!

It was a great experience. I received my shoes on time and I received what I ordered.

Fast shipping and great quality

Terrible, I ordered a Versace watch (RED COLOR) and received a BLACK color. How can you make that mistake...at such price!!! It did arrive fast, I got charged to return it and now customer service is not answering at all...Terrible

It came in mail very quickly and safely packed. Excellent. And exactly represented in the photos on website

It is too large and I am waiting to hear if I can exchange it for a size smaller without paying a $24 return fee.

I ordered a dress for a special event 16 days before the event. I followed up with them asking where my order was when it was taking longer than normal to arrive. They told me it takes 7-10 business days to process and ship. Approximately 6 days after that communication, they refunded my money. No follow up email, no explanation, and no dress for my special event. Thanks, Lord & Taylor. Appreciate your superb customer service.

Couldn’t find a Maria La Rosa bag in the khaki shade in stock anywhere that wasn’t either going to be custom made and take weeks, or charge import fees (as the company is Italian). This purse was sourced from some retailer in Spain and it was in stock (the only one), with no crazy extra fees, so I was thrilled. I had been eyeing it for years and seeing it in the flesh, it is beautiful, and I absolutely love it! It unfortunately arrived the day after the event I wanted to wear it to, but I know I will get lots of use out of it across seasons and dressed up or down. It was neat to see Lord and Taylor's new marketplace business model where they retrieved this item from some other retailer. I will purchase from them again. I took one star off because it took 13 days to receive from when I placed the order - it didn't ship from the retailer for like 5-6 days after I ordered. Not terrible, but maybe 10 days delivery from order date would have earned 5 stars from me.

If I could give negative stars, I would. What once was a reputable store is now ran by scammers.That will steal your money and will not respond back to your concerns. Worst customer service and online shopping experience ever!

Ordered Birkenstocks, came in quick! Had a promo code as well. Overall happy.

The item was a little below the list price everywhere else I looked. A promo code brought the price down more. I was able to order through the Shop app, which earned me a bunch of points. If you read the store policies on the store FAQ site page, you will see that it may take longer than you’re used to in order to have the order fulfilled. Lord and Taylor is no longer a physical store, but a platform that orders your item from the designer/merchant. That’s why it could come from overseas. Mine came from Spain via DHL, with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Learn how to delay your gratification a little!

4 stars because I absolutely love the item and the price I got it for- so I’m very happy with my purchase.
Overall the experience was fine- I did have to reach out to customer service when 4 days passed after I ordered and I hadn’t received tracking information or gotten any communication about my purchase. Customer service was able to answer my question and shortly after I got my tracking details. The order was delivered on time with no issues.

Placed an order on September 24th it's now November 3rd still no package
