I did not receive my full order nor did I receive any package tracking information and I’ve emailed and have not received any response. I would never order again or recommend to any family or friends

Do Not Order from them. They didn't ship my order and then they cancelled it without notice and did not refund my shipping!

I have 3 pending orders for which has been paid & all 3 are still showing “unfulfilled “. I have tried contacting Lord & Taylor by e-mail, live chat & text without results. I have always been pleased with Lord & Taylor but I am more than apprehensive when there is no obvious way to contact customer service.

I placed the order on March 25 and there is no update since then even though the transaction has already been posted to my credit card. There is no shipping information, the order still just shows being received for more than a week.

Ordered a dress online. Waited for it to show up in my purchase history. It did not so I felt something went wrong. Ordered it again. Return policy when I ordered the dress was 30 days. I was going on a three week trip I paid for expedited shipping which was 2-3 days, it arrived 11 days later. when I received the dresses online, they had changed the return policy from 30 days to seven days. This was impossible as the dresses took 11 days to be shipped to me. Now the website states all sales are final.
Do not order anything from this illegitimate fraudulent company.

You did a good job and the delivery was swift

I placed an order on 3/24/2024. I haven’t heard anything about my order as of 4/1/2024. That’s unacceptable.

The website is easy to find what your looking for. They have a great variety of dresses as well. The deliver time is better than some stores. I enjoy the site, but I really miss going into the store.

I returned a pair of shoes and they never processed my return. They never responded to any of my emails.Their "live chat" does not work and there's no phone number for customer service. Terrible!!

The worst online company. It’s a total scam. They gladly took my money and shipped nothing. Can’t reach anyone via the joke of an online chat feature, email is not responsive, and texting is also not working. The phone number on this site is to an adult party line. Disgusting behavior of this so called company.

I have placed an order for 3 items. They shipped two and charged me for all three items. I reported this to them, sending the package slip. It has been 2 months without resolution, no money back, no responses. This has only one name: theft.

Even with all of the negative reviews, I took a risk. Like others, I learned my lesson. I waited a month for an order that never came. Then I had to file report with PayPal. The company informed me that the items are out of stock.

I placed an order in good faith. 6 days later I was checking on the order status, to find out that it was canceled. I went back to the website to look at the product and there were no more King duvet covers. When I place the order there were various colors available. I did not get an email in reference to the item no longer available. When I received a refund, I didn't even get the entire amount. With modern technology you should know whether or not you have the items available for sale. So you were able to have my money yet you sold the item I purchased to another person clearly!! If I was informed earlier I could have went to the website and made a different choice but I wasn't even given that opportunity.

Bought some shoes on February 14th. After the promised shipping timeline has passed, contacted the customer service 3 times, only to receive the same email each time without any details to the whereabouts of my order. 2 days ago they removed the listing for the shoes from their website altogether. Contacted the company for a refund but they've never responded. Filed a dispute with my cc.

Horrible. I ordered the item laid for it. Three days later it says sold. I was extremely disappointed. Did it really take 3 days to find out it was out of stock?

I have reported to the FTC. Purchased a dress from Lord and Taylor. Paid for 2/3days shipping . Was forced to download shop app to track. Shop app sent alert just two days later stating I was issued a partial refund. I was issued nothing, I reached out to the text help and email help ( as no number to call and live chat link does not work) . Quickly realized the text is AI trying to pretend to be a human. Circle responses endless about reaching out to team …. Several emails and a day later.. they stated the item was out of stock and I was issued a full refund. I still have no refund-and the dress is STILL listed online for sale in the size and color I ordered. I inquired through the text for availability of dress. They stated it is available to purchase . So this seems to clearly be a scam of fake dress they do not have. Horrific experience. Obviously it is a scam site that has acquired the name LORD AND TAYLOR and is capitalizing on all of the shoppers who knew they were a trusted store for around a century. RUN AWAY it’s fake in my opinion based on my experience

It has been weeks and part of my order was shipped. It was wrong and part never showed up. I repeatedly have emailed customer service and they say will check in with the warehouse -I paid weeks ago and I don’t know what to do other than to a allege fraud. There’s no phone number to call and customer service via email response intermittently only do not buy from them! What a joke!

I am writing here hoping a manager or a director can see this , I have ordered a dress for new year's party 23/24 two months ago, I still don't have the dress or the refund. their employees specially in customer service don't know what they are doing, one time they told me the items has been reshipped, another time they said the refund has been initiated, finally they told me the case has been escalated to management and I should see the refund, two months later and still the refund hasn't been processed. What is going on ?

I ordered some shoes and paid for the 2-3 business day delivery. They took a week to ship but shipped me a disgusting pair of pants that had a sticker saying sneakers. WHO confuses pants with sneakers? Customer service does not care whatsoever. My address was not properly put in, actually I only featured as the return address. Shipping company was New York && Company. Except if you want to lose your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This is a scam.
