I want my money back. Very disappointed, the face of the watch is missing.

I ordered a pair of shoes October 20th. I reached out to the company after 2 weeks of no shipping info. They said that the item has never shipped and they would look into it. The next day I got a text saying my item was delivered. It was NOT. I reached out at least 20 times asking to please cancel this order to only be told time and time again they would reach out to the warehouse and cancel my order and refund me my $85. I have yet to receive my money back or the boots even though I have requested it multiple times. They are thefts! DONOT ORDER from them. It’s a scam!!!

Item was listed at a sales price , I placed an order . The listing stayed available on the website the following days . I received an email
Stating that the order could not be shipped due to lack of inventory . I received a refund but not until the price of the item went up . Throughout this time it was back and forth “trying to find the item for me “ after the debacle I was told I could order it again at retail

Terrible customer service. They do not do price adjustment after the order was placed. Most online retailer do.

This online shop is a fraud! They won’t give you your money back after receiving the return. The quality is super super bad, the customer service ist also really bad and unprofessional. I am still waiting for my money from a return in july. They act stupid and tell you they returned it but it got denied and that you need to contact your bank. I did this multiple times and even my bank is confused with their excuses.
This shop should be so ashamed! Don’t buy anything there you will regret it.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of a popular ceramic set. They charged me for the 2 sets and emailed me a confirmation that they were sending 1 set.
I emailed back and told them that I only wanted to order 2 sets.
They refunded me for one set. I have sent multiple emails to customer service asking them to cancel my order and refund me for both sets. They keep saying that they are looking into it and that someone will contact the warehouse to see what they can do. The warehouse??? Seriously, get your act together and refund my money. And if you are out of stock on an item when someone orders 2, contact the customer and confirm that they still want 1 item! Don't just assume that 1 will do!
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I will never shop at Lord and Taylor again!

Ordered perfume a month ago, I have been emailing them every couple of days and I get the same BS response every time. Finally today, they emailed me cancelling my order because they allow orders to
be placed without actually having the inventory. This is fraud, they are acting as a bank - borrowing our money to keep their business afloat, and then waiting a month to return it to me. This is unprofessional, unethical, and needs to be investigated. SCAM!!!!

I purchased a dress from Lord and Taylor 5 minutes after my purchase I contacted them to cancel the order. I had previously ordered the same dress and didn’t like it. They disregarded my request and shipped the dress. We were out of the country for 3 weeks then I had knee surgery. They said the dress had to be returned within 2 weeks. Their website says 30 days. The reality is I cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway. I will now have to contact AMX and dispute the charges. Why did the ship this when within 5 minutes I cancelled the order! Do not do business with this company. They are not a good company. I can see why they had to go bankrupt! Do not do business with them!

Ordered an item on October 25. It is now November 11 and my tracking hasn’t updated nor have I received my purchased item

Ordered Creed Cologne 10/25. They have been giving me the run around about shipping times and cancellation times. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Never sent my order and will not cancel it idk what to do

Never received the item. No response from customer service.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No communication since - except an invitation to review a product I haven't received. Only reachable through online chat or email and responses are automated. Essentially loaning them my money while they do nothing. Will attempt to get refund but likely will end up filling charge back with cc. Quite staggeringly useless.

I had most terrible shopping online ever with Lord and Taylor. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks and 4 times reaching out customer service. However I didn’t have any specific results. They just gave me general answers such as : “waiting for the warehouse answer, your order not shipped yet …” i think I need more specific about time or another solution for that long waiting time.
According to their website, i should wonder about shipping with (4-7 days ) after purchasing. But I got the first answer from customer service is (7-9 days) I did accept with that answer, but after 9 days I still didn’t have shipping confirmation, I tried to reach out them and have the answer such as "not guarantee shipping processing time. I wanted to cancel my order, they said need to ask the warehouse, and I have to wait. Now after one day, I still did not have any answer about cancelling my order

One of the worst experiences shopping online, I purchased the perfume on Octover 25th, and today, November 7th hasn't shipped with generic responses from customer support to keep you holding the order the most they can, avoid this retailer for your own sake

Absolutely ridiculous that this product has not shipped yet....

There is no update on my order after more then 1 week. When will my order will shipped?

When I did have a problem with an order, I was unable to speak with a person. There were no phone numbers available like most companies.

Order placed 3 weeks ago. Money was immediately taken from my account. No response to any emails requesting cancellation and refund. Chat assist does not work (at least not Mobil iOS). Text support gets no response. There’s no phone number for support. DO NOT TRUST THIS FALLEN COMPANY.
