Ordered a part for my machine from Lords, unfortunately Royal Mail lost the parcel so I contacted Lords directly. They were so apologetic and helpful and replaced the parcel immediately, even though it wasn’t their fault. I won’t hesitate in ordering from them again as the item came the very next day. Great friendly customer service and prices are really competitive too. I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased an Inovis A50 needle threader replacement online. Once it arrived I followed the video they have which is very handy, was having difficulty so telephoned. Spoke to someone who quickly resolved the problem and I now have an automatic needle threader working again. Price was great, delivered on time. Thank you so much for your patience I will be using your shop again.

Just collected my machine after having it serviced.
So impressed with the attention to detail and the customer service. I came away with a machine that looks like new and the confidence that all the problems I had been experiencing were rectified.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the brilliant staff at Lords Sewing and thank them so much for sorting out my embroidery machine.

I highly recommend any one using a Brother Machine and in need of a service or help with any problem to get in touch they are so friendly and helpful.

I have had problem for some time using the larger hoops on my Brother V7.

No matter what design or fabric, no mater what stabilisers or wash away I used I just couldn’t stitch out a full pattern all the way through. This only happened using the two larger hoops the small hoops were fine.

The only way to explain it was as though my machine hoop was bumping into something and the stitches just went off the pattern but it definitely wasn’t bumping into anything.

I had a chat with staff and they suggested I send in a video of what was happening. I did this and after seeing the video they asked me to sent the embroidery carriage to them.

Within a few days I had a lovely phone call to tell me they have sorted and replaced a part and it’s now stitching 100%.

I was amazed and couldn’t believe it after all this time it’s like have a new embroidery machine.

I took in my Brother machine this morning fearing the worst since a horrible jammed and broken needle incident. It was evaluated, tested and fixed in about 20 minutes. And no charge! Outstanding.

Without a doubt best company I have dealt with. Lords' team are wonderful. Delivery within 48 hours maximum. Very helpful service, owns your problem and will try their utmost to sort it - no problem is too difficult for them. Just brilliant and wouldn't go past them for orders.

I’d researched a machine but still had a few questions, Kirsty was fantastic - very knowledgable, helpful and honest. She listened to me and understood my what I needed, all of my queries were answered quickly and nothing seemed like too much trouble

I ended up purchasing a machine & accessories, delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the progress. Even afterwards I rang for some advice (user error!) and again Kirsty was brilliant.
I cannot recommend this company enough, do not hesitate to buy from them! 😍

Amazing, speedy service! Knowledgeable and able to provide support for correct use of my sewing machine. I took my sewing machine in midday on Monday and got a phone call to say it had been completed less than a day later! My sewing machine was returned in immaculate condition and service was outstanding, I wouldn’t take it anywhere else!

Fantastic service from Lords - Kirsty couldn't have been more helpful when the model I originally wanted wasn't in stock. There was no hard sell of other models, just useful advice and in the end I did choose an alternative. My machine and a bonus starter pack of supplies arrived within 3 days with a lovely hand written note. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received (especially after having had a bad experience with a different supplier) and would definitely recommend Lords to others looking for a sewing or embroidery machine. I'll certainly be using them again for anything I need in the future.

Ordered a fairly basic Brother sewing machine from Lords, and was surprised to see it turn up at miday the next day. It was well packed, and arrived safely. First impressions are that it's a considerable improvement on the 70s lump it replaced. Thanks Lords, and it's a pleasure to buy from a small family firm rather than a giant multinational.

Delighted! This is i think the third time I’ve placed an online order with Lords... spent more each time... this was my 40th birthday treat to self, not that they were to know. Service and speed of delivery quite exemplary & I’m considering myself a very satisfied customer & will be spending most of my little Covid birthday & Christmas holiday time enjoying sewing.
