Myth of 1-3 days delivery promise
I placed an order for Hills Rotary Washing Line on 19th of December 2014. No indication on website of seasonal delay. 12 days later, 30.12.14, I am still waiting for goods. Yesterday I received a rather inconsiderate response from Lords of Notting Hill customer service team. Will not be buying from Lords again.
