Right products available, excellent phone service from Ryan, competitive price, no hidden extras. BUT courier Skynet damaged one package and did not say anything but just waited for me to work it out, so lost several days as i wanted the paint quickly. Still not arrived.

Paint arrived in 48 hours in a colour I just couldn't find anywhere else online. Great service.

I purchased the item and paid for the next working day delivery at £5.95 and was expecting the item on the 11/06/15. When I had not received the item I used the tracking number and visited the skynet delivery site, to my dismay it stated that the item had been delivered on the 11th and was signed for by a person who was not me? This is when I placed 5 phone calls into skynet as they kept on disconnecting my call, after 50 minutes got through to a person who stated it had been delivered. I then explained that I was out all day and that it must have been delivered to the wrong address and I did not recognise the name of the person who signed for it, I then asked could the gps be checked. I was told that they would liaise with lords of notting hill and not to worry they would call me back, guess what no call back. Three phone calls to notting hill (staff very polite and helpful) told that it had been delivered to wrong address and it would be with me the next day (15/06/15). Disappointment again the 15th came and went no parcel, called skynet again (6) and they confirmed would be with me on 18/06/15. Overal paid for next day delivery and it will be 7 days when I receive it (hopefully) that's without all the phone calls and pestering my neighbours to see if they had taken the parcel in! Nightmare!!!!

Good to do business with

Generally very good value and speedy delivery. On one order for sealant however, I found the website did not show the offer price of £3.95 for carriage but added two pounds more, until I queried by phone.. Then I found no carriage charge at al! was quoted on my web invoice!
