Still waiting for delivery after one week- but paid for next day delivery- no notification as to when am going to receive goods

Ordered a bag of grout online to be picked up in store. Excellent Communication throughout, was available to pick up within the week, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Lords again with no hesitation .

My order was a bit tight for time so I contacted Lords and they fixed it for me to receive it at a different address - this saved me a round trip of 250miles and was much appreciated. If you have a problem get online and chat - they can work miracles!

After paying for courier delivery service I waited 10 days before giving up on receiving a delivery from Lords and cancelled the package. Terrible service, no information or updates on delivery.

Made my first visit to the Holland Park shop to collect an order placed online. Saw that the shop had many nice things, but the overwhelming desire to escape the unwanted and intrusive music resulted in me leaving without purchasing anything else.

I have been using Lords of Notting Hill for a number of years, they never let me down. Products arrive very quickly, the customer service team are very helpful and I would recommend them to all. They are like our local John Lewis!

I wanted some specialised sealant for my holiday home and was told that standard silicon sealant had too many VOCs (whatever they are) and would attack the aluminium and I should try ST1 sealant. After looking around I came across "Lords". I ordered a tube of sealant in the afternoon, hoping it would not take too long. We left our holiday home early the next morning and arrived home just in time to take the delivery from the postman, this was 11am. Now that is what I call service!!!!! If there had been a 6th star, I would have awarded that.

Charged me twice for one item had to bring to their attention....still waiting for refund

The delivery was good and looked well packaged on the outside, but on opening the package the inner package with the grout had split and all over the outer package, will need to scoup out the grout carefully so as not to make too much mess.

Such a shame as I would rather buy from these guys than a large distribution chain. They have a good range of excellent products but if they want to compete online they need to cover the very basics of distribution.
