Lords of Notting Hll 

After researching online for a while I bought a Brabantia Ironing Table from Lords. I was concerned the product may be imperfect as the price was so much better than elsewhere, but it arrived in perfect condition and packaging.

The only let down was the courier - the delivery info on the website refers to a card being left to arrange redelivery if no one is at home, however this very large package was left on my doorstep in full view of the open road. Fortunately a neighbour spotted it and took it in.

As usual with this company their communication with the customer and speedy delivery are second to none.

Had never heard of the company before, but after searching the Internet for the best price I decided to try this company.
The customer service is excellent and only a telephone call away, with no lengthy delays while waiting for a response.
With all this in mind, the overriding factor was the price and they certainly came out as by far the best on that score.
After ordering I found the customer service excellent, dealing personally with my enquiry with reference to delivery. I still feel a telephone is so much more effective than email.
The parcel arrived well packaged and considering the significant price difference with other companies, I will definitely recommend and use them again.

Lords of Notting Hill provided a faultless service. The product I was buying (Osmo Top Oil) was very competitively priced. Each can was protected in bubble wrap and was then packaged in a sturdy box. Great service!

Ordered a Simplehuman Butterfly pedal bin after two failed attempts on Amazon ( first order cancelled by seller and second order bin arrived damaged ) Lords of Notting Hill bin arrived next day and in faultless condition. Would definately order again from Lords.
