Order was placed and I received an email a few days later to say item was being delivered on a certain day. That day came and went so I called only to be told that the item was short delivered and some deliveries were not sent. I was informed that a new order would be raised but would take another week. I was disappointed that I was not informed and that I had to chase delivery. Item finally arrived, without notification, around 10 days later.

Lords have a fantastic range of paints etc. They had exactly what we wanted in stock and it arrived as promised. The packaging was awesome!

I knew exactly the model of Brabantia ironing board I wanted. The website was easy to negotiate; the item arrived in good time, well-packaged. The only reservation I would have is that Lords of Notting Hill did not stock a plain replacement ironing board cover (I wanted two covers on from the outset) which I had to order elsewhere. Other than that, no complaints at all.
