I needed some new bin bags for my new kitchen bin urgently. The order process was effortless and the item was delivered just over 24 hours later - v impressive given my orr was made very late into the evening. I was kept appraised of the order details all the way through via email, although given the pace of delivery this was almost unnecessary :-)

I'd really like to recommend this company.. I have ordered two bins from them in the past - one only last week, and their service is superb! The item arrived in a sturdy box, very well packed. The sale price for this item was better than larger companies ie: John Lewis.Their postal charges are reasonable and delivery took only a few days. I shall look at their site again when I am in the market for household goods.

I came across Lord's via an online search for a product, and am delighted I did so. I spoke to two members of staff at the Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove branches, both were extremely polite and helpful and confirmed the item I wanted was in stock and available for next day delivery. On top of great customer service, and fast, efficient next day delivery are competitive prices (my product, inclusive of delivery, was cheaper than that offered by one of the huge trade timber merchants). FANTASTIC service.

Needed a brabantia letterbox. After a quick Internet search, it became apparent the Lords had what we needed but at a better price and anyone else. Ordered and had our delivery well within the specified time. Happy with our bargain.

Received an email 2 days after it had been delivered to say it had been dispatched which was a bit pointless, would easily recommend to others.

Ordered three bins, one for bread, one for general rubbish and one for recycling.

I had looked for this bin for some time on the internet and finally decided to buy from Lords of Notting Hill because the price was fantastic. I looked at other buyers reviews and pretty much all of them were positive. I was not disappointed, because I missed the cut off time of 1pm for next day delivery I received my bin the following day. I didnt pay the extra for an allocated time slot but was pleased when my bin arrived early morning. I would highly recommend Lords, service was second to none and price was fantastic!

Goods completely as described and at a very competitive price My only reservation is that I did not receive a delivery time and was out when the item was delivered (although a neighbor took it in) . I was simply notified that the item had been dispatched by courier..

I saw this product CT1 sealant on a shopping channel.The channel ran out of stock
before I could by.So I when't on the net to find someone who had not,and found lords
the next day.It was Saturday afternoon and closed but no problem.I filled the form out
along with the card details and waited until Monday morning.I soon received my reply
email that my order had been filled and was on it's way.I tracked my parcel on the
supplied connection and what a pleasant surprise at the speed of delivery.Yes! it
arrived next morning Tuesday at 11:09.
The CT1 sealant does what was shown on the shopping channel.Does it have
longevity?only time will tell.
I will use Lords again when I have more diy.....have a nice day.
