I bought quite a few pairs of Lorna tights. All have holes in them 6 months later. Never again will I support her rich elite lifestyle. Kmart has better quality ☺️

What a delight to visit Mikaela from the Rockhampton store today!! From the moment I walked in she was friendly and helpful. Thank you for ensuring I was aware of all the latest offers and even updating my emails so I could receive updates! Thank you for making my shopping experience so wonderful!!

I had a $100 gift card and I went to use it on line. The remainder was $7.95 and I placed both the gift card number and pin and then my Visa card number. The whole amount came off my Visa. I contacted Lorna Jane and the customer service care factor was zero. I knew that they would not be helpful as I have had issues with LJ customer service before. I will never buy from LJ again. The gift card will be used for a friends gift and then never will LJ receive my money.

Daniella served me at the Marion Store in SA. Daniella's customer service was exceptional, she took care to understand my needs and her bubbly personality really made me feel at ease.
I would recommend Daniella to all customers.
Thank you Daniella 😊 🙏

My husband bought me the 1 litre insulated water bottle, it wasn’t cheap ($60) so the quality really surprised me as it leaked right from the outset, the rubber band carrier broke after a week and the paint has all chipped off.
Very disappointing as everything else I’ve bought from this company has always been great quality.

I love Lorna Jane clothing! I go so often my kids say it’s my favourite store lol (and they are right!) ... the staff always greet you with a smile and are eager to help. Their online support is always quick and very helpful too.
Although I own and love many of their clothing items -love the quality, comfort and beautiful vibrant colours and the vibrancy of the black and white items!
My absolute favourite is their flared leggings (particularly the Lotus)! If you don't already own a pair please do yourself a favour and buy a pair, I promise they will instantly be your most loved wardrobe item! They are so comfy! They dont move or slip at all, feel incredibly soft, are cleverly designed (love the invisible pocket at the waistband) but most of all, are incredibly flattering -as soon as I tried them on my daughter emphatically told me I should never wear anything else! They are very slimming but also elongate the legs and also emphasise natural curves -to me they are Lorna Jane's best product -although everything else is amazing too! I’ve owned them for two and a half years now and wear them several times a week and they are exactly like the day I bought them -perfect condition-even though I wear and wash them so often! (Also highly recommend their tops, jumpers and flash dance pants)
Love the quality, look and beautiful colours of all their items -can't recommend Lorna Jane highly enough! Once you try -you'll never go back to anything else!

Purchased an on line gift card on Christmas Day. It has yet to be emailed. I’ve tried following up but the only customer service available is the chat but it cannot load. No store will help and there is no email or phone number

Tara from Lorna Jane Joondalup was incredibly kind and attentive and made my shopping experience lovely. She helped me so much. The manager was also very kind. Great team! 🥰

I have bought many pairs of LJ leggings over the last few years and love the fit and feel. But despite trying several different styles, they all consistently start to come undone at the seams on the inner thighs after not all that many wears, used for running/tennis/squash.
I have loads of other brands, from LuLu through to K-Mart/The Warehouse and none of the others have done this. Not what I expect from a premium activewear brand, really disappointing.

Over priced, I went in with my kids the change room was overflowing with clothes so I could barely try on my stuff. Only to get to the counter to make my purchase and be told they don’t take cash. There was no indication at all before then that they take no cash. Waste of time.

I am a long term LJ customer. I was fitted for and purchased a pair of Aloha flashdance pants in store last December 2024. Very stylish and comfortable, lovely and soft. To my horror a few months later the material disintegrated, tearing in the buttock area. The store replaced the pants, all washing instructions were followed except for machine drying a few times (I have owned flashdance pants over many years). I wore them again a few weeks ago, within days the material ripped in the buttock area whilst I was getting out of my car! As the pants had been lightly used I lodged an online complaint attaching photos. In an online chat with a customer service rep called Emma (possible AI) I was advised that as I had on occasion machine dried, the damage may be due to this or not getting the right shape or fit. Biggest load of BS and I will no longer be a customer of a company that will not own up to material and or design that is not fit for purpose, i.e. sitting, stretching. Very disappointing 😞

I bought the thermal leggings as I live in a cold climate. The fabric is pilling and I haven't even washed the garment yet. Response from customer service is that this is normal. Very disappointed in the quality for the price. Lululemon quality is hands down better than Lorna Jane for the same price.

I’ve been loyal to Lorna Jane for years because I love their leggings, but the quality has really slipped. Every time I buy the same pair, the sizing is different, the length is inconsistent and the material feels cheaper. Super disappointing from a brand I’ve trusted for so long.

If you are a customer ordering from the US, be advised that you cannot exchange any items even though you will be offered to do so when you go to their return website. I paid for shipping to exchange an item on this website only to find out that they won’t honor the exchange I paid the shipping for. Instead they refunded my item and told me that I’d need to pay for shipping yet again if I wanted a different size. If I realized that I could only return the items, I would have returned the whole set, not just one piece of the set. When I inquired about the fact that I paid shipping for an EXCHANGE, they said it’s because they use a third party global website and that I should have read the fine print on their website about their policies. This experience has been dreadful and now I need to pay for yet another shipping label to return the rest of the set. When I pointed out the terrible customer service and confusion their website caused, they blamed US regulations. I feel like I’m lighting money on fire for yet another shipping label not because of US regulations but because the company’s return website mislead me to believe I could complete an exchange. With all of this said and done, the fit on the workout set was horrible and the materials felt cheap compared to how it was priced. Unless you live in Australia, I’d steer clear of buying from this company.

LJ has really gone to sh*t as a brand. I've bought so many clothes from them over the years, and in recent years the quality is just crap and the customer service is worse. Shorts/leggings look look like they've been worn for years after days or weeks. The inside labels arent colourfast and have marked and ruined my white underwear etc. I used to like supporting an Aussie company and good quality, but it seems to be like any another other chain outsourced and focused on money adding to mass consumerism and waste rather than quality and longevity.

The worst customer servcie from any company ever. i will be writing reviews so other people dont have their time and money wasted. Their website when ordering defults to the smallest size, my computer refused during ordering one pair were ordered as M and the other was auto default as xxs - I noted this minutes after ordering got in contact with their so called service runnish. I was promised the couier was being recalled and the correct order would be sent. i get my order that had been FIX only to ge the XXS and M not 2x M as changed. they dont care they igore you there is ZERO custmor service their products are expensive for limited quality - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND THEY WASTE YOUR MONEY SENDING OUR ORDERS THAT ARE NOT CORRECT AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THE RETURNS

I’ve been a loyal Lorna Jane customer for close to a decade and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. Sadly, I’ve watched the quality steadily decline — the fabric feels thinner, the sizing has subtly changed, and the customer service, both in-store and online, has dropped to an all-time low.
Most recently, I purchased a pair of tights that were clearly faulty — they were significantly shorter at the back, something I’ve never experienced in all my years of shopping here. I first went in-store and was told to deal with it online. Online support then told me I had to go back in-store. I was asked to provide evidence, which I did — including detailed photos with a measuring tape as instructed — but was then told that “wasn’t evidence.” Despite explaining that I have significant health limitations and cannot easily attend a store, I was repeatedly told I must come in person to try them on.
Throughout the entire process, I repeatedly raised the fact that under Australian Consumer Law, the burden should not fall on me to prove a fault or jump through endless hoops to get a resolution. I reminded them several times that making a consumer bear additional cost, effort, or responsibility for a faulty product is against the law — yet every time, these points were ignored, dismissed, or deflected, and the responsibility was still pushed back onto me.
The entire interaction felt robotic and scripted — there was no empathy, no compassion, no acknowledgment that I’ve been a long-term, loyal customer. Instead, I was dismissed, deflected, and made to feel like I had done something wrong. Even after sending proof, I was told I’d have to pay to post the item back and would only be reimbursed with a store gift card if they decided the product was faulty — despite clear evidence that it was.
This whole experience has left me feeling disheartened and disrespected, and for the first time in over 10 years, I’m seriously reconsidering whether I will continue shopping with Lorna Jane. The only saving grace was a helpful and understanding store manager at Southland, who kindly offered to look into the issue if I brought the tights back — but even now, I’m unsure if that will actually resolve anything.
For a brand that once prided itself on quality and empowering women, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish.
Edit: I knew LJ has replied acting like “I did the right thing going in store and have since received a remedy”. This is only after going in store and being sent away, being online to chat for hours and then calling and talking to a manager who was just as baffled with the company policy/lack of care as I was. It was only after I went in store a second time and spoke to that manager that a refund was given. For a faulty item the refund should have been given in store the FIRST time without question. Instead I was sent away, then told online I’d have to pay for shipping to send it back. This is all conveniently ignored in Lorna Jane’s reply.

I bought a puffer vest from Lorna Jane Dressmart Outlet on 12 April 2025 and returned it on 17 April. I received a confirmation receipt for the refund, but no refund ever appeared in my account.
After a month, I went back to the store and was asked for a letter from my bank. Even after showing stamped bank documents, I was told to go through Live Chat Australia. ANZ Bank investigated and confirmed it was an error by the store assistant.
I finally received the refund on 9 July — almost three months later. The poor communication and effort it took to resolve this was really disappointing. I won’t be returning.

Stay well away. I received a damaged product and there is NO way to get hold of them. Not by email, chatbox or phone. I put in a request to be contacted through my email and received an email saying the issue is resolved.
Keep away from this scam company

Worst quality products I have ever purchased! Paid $150 for a jumper to wear it once and it all washed out. Kmart quality very superior to these items in both durability and quality. If I could give a zero stars rating I would! Don’t waste your money people, Lululemon or Kmart at a fraction of the price will outdo any of their products.
