Garrett Korn at Lost World Adventures is a top notch adventure planner. Every detail was taken care of and nothing left undone. Each guide was an expert in the field and provided amazing one on one daily interaction. THe food was over the top and they catered to our every need. The comment that kept coming up was that this is a "Magical Trip". I would recommend this company and especially Garret to anyone who wants to travel in Panama or anywhere in Central or South America. Already thinking about the next one!

This is my second time traveling with Lost World and once again they did a great job. Somehow they manage to use reliable, helpful people who show up exactly on time and are a pleasure to be with. Our flight was delayed 14 hours and we landed at 1am unsure how we'd be getting to our lodging, but the driver and guide were there waiting for us. Working with Andrew planning the trip is easy as he listens to what you want and also offers his own suggestions. Our family trip entailed a quick stop in Buenos Aires then 6 days in Patagonia and we loved all of it. We had guides two days and the rest of the time we were on our own. I will definitely use them again.

Lost World Adventures helped me plan an amazing trip to the Peruvian Andes. Working with Andrew was a breeze, and our trip was perfect in every detail. Tour guides let us know each day what to expect the following day and when/where to meet them, and our luggage was transported for us when we went off on an overnight adventure. Highly recommended!

Our recent experience planning a last minute Spring Break trip to Belize with Lost World Adventures was excellent. Andrew suggested we split our week between jungle/inland areas and Ambergris Caye. The Lost World team has actually visited the places they suggest. Our itinerary included great accommodations & lots of fun adventures both inland and on the water that were perfect for our kids. We visited Mayan sites, canoed in caves, went horseback riding, snorkeling and fishing all in one week. Both hotels - Chaa Creek Lodge and The Phoenix- had great rooms, staff and guides. The food at Chaa Creek was also delicious! We highly recommend planning your trip through Lost World Adventures. They made it really easy and enjoyable! It was great not having to worry about the details.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ariana Arce as we traveled throughout Lima, the Rain Forrest and Machu Pichu. Not only was she fun to be around but the entire experience went smoothly which is saying a lot considering we were in dug out boats, vans and airplanes. Thank you for such a memorable trip! I would recommend using them (and especially Ariana) for a future trip you may be planning.....

This experience was 1 in a million. Everything was planned perfectly. Our guides were informative and fun. There was always an answer to a question and I felt perfectly safe and taken care of during my time in Peru. Thank you so much for everything! Would definitely recommend to all.

Lost World helped make our group adventure a trip to remember. Their suggestions were spot on. They worked out the logistics seamlessly. This was an amazing trip. We had a tough schedule of early morning wake up calls and always on the go, but it was worth it to experience so much of Peru. It is an amazing country and I would love to go again.

Well managed with excellent guides and instructions. Better accommodations than expected. Considering the amount of sites and places we visited, managing all the trains, buses, airplanes, hotels, dinners, admission tickets, etc, we would have been truly lost. No pun intended.

Lost World Adventures knocked it out of the park for our trip to Peru! Our 10-day trip involved travel to Lima, Cusco, Yucay, Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, and the Amazon rainforest. The trip and its logistics were perfectly planned and executed for our group of 40 people. Ariana stayed with us the entire trip and took complete care of all details. She's a joy and so fun to be around. She made traveling Peru so easy. Thank you for all you did and for making this trip a perfect, once in a lifetime experience!

Lost World was excellent! We did a 9 day Peru tour of both the Amazon basin, and Machu Picchu - with over 40 people! - and they pulled it off without a visible hitch. Because we had such a big group, we actually had a Lost World rep (Ariana) with us for the whole adventure, and she was fantastic in translating, interpreting, and putting up with our craziness!

Had the most amazing trip to Peru where we explored the Amazon and Machu Picchu. Lost World Adventures coordinated everything perfectly and we didn't have to worry about anything. Awesome Trip!

Lost World has planned several trips for us including Panama, Nicaragua, and Colombia, all well done and amazing. This past month we went to Peru and Machu Picchu with the assistance of Andrew and Garrett. This will be one of our favorite destinations as Machu Picchu and the surrounding areas left me speechless in their mysterious beauty. We had 10 days in Peru, several locations, planes, trains, and automobiles, river rafting and many guided tours. Everything went like clockwork. I continue to be impressed with the quality of travel guides that Andrew partners himself with. These guides go above and beyond always, including transfers, by walking you to check in at the airport/train station/bus station and ensuring you get through security and/or on the correct transport. We had a cooking lesson from a Peruvian chef in his home! Stellar! All the hotel accommodations were fabulous, and we were upgraded everywhere. This was a trip of a lifetime and I want to thank both Garrett and Andrew for all their assistance in making this happen! If traveling to this part of the world, I highly recommend Lost World Adventures, I am already starting to plan our next adventure with them- Ecuador and the Galapagos!

Our trip was great!
Your company did a great job coordinating all the details of a multicity adventure. The tour guides and drivers in Chile and Argentina were very knowledgeable and courteous. We felt like we were given a full tour of every city we visited. We just need more time in the future to explore deeper. Accommodations, wine tours and meals were great! The only issue we had was that we were promised some recipes from the Dakshu vegetarian cooking class, but never received anything. When I emailed the Buenos Aires company, Lihue(?) Expeditions, they never replied. If there's anything you can do to help, that be great!

Highly recommend planning your trip through Lost World Adventures.

The service from Lost World Adventures generally was good. We were very pleased with our hotels during our trip, most of which had been included in information that I had shared with Lost World at the beginning of the planning stage. The only change was to Grano de Oro, and we truly enjoyed our stay there.

A bit more in-depth communication about what to expect would have been appreciated. For example, our trip cost included car insurance (with no detailed information about what that meant). When we picked up our rental car in San Jose, we were pressured to upgrade to more comprehensive insurance and had no way of knowing whether or not we were being scammed or whether the need was legitimate. Previous readings on Trip Advisor had indicated that the insurance situation in Costa Rica is a bit different and riskier than other countries, so we reluctantly took the additional insurance. With more clear guidance in advance from Lost World regarding the pros and cons (and being informed of exactly what was covered by the insurance that was included in our trip) we could have made a more informed decision.

Also, after being picked up by our tour guide for a tour of Manuel Antonio NP we were asked if we planned to stay at the park after the tour to swim at the beach. We had not known in advance that this was an option, so had not brought swim suits with us. Again, better and more in-depth communication up-front would have enhanced the experience for us.

Prior to the trip there were two situations where I waited for an extended period of time for a reply from Andrew -- and when I followed up I was told that he had sent an email days before. However, I never received those messages, they did not appear in my junk mail folder and he did not re-send them. This was frustrating.

Our South America trip exceeded all our expectations! Each and every location provided us with invaluable experiences because of our guides knowledge of place and time! Guides were amazing. Our hotels were all centrally located with great amenities, all except for one. Once Lost World found out we were unhappy they did everything in their power to make amends. There was a delay providing us with a final itinerary, which gave us limited flexibility with our trip at that point.
However, I would highly recommend Lost World to do any of my future travels abroad.
