What can we say other than thank you for a first class service from a first class surveying team. Cannot recommend Jennifer and Lotus Surveyors Ltd enough. Fantastic turn around on both booking and reporting on their surveys. The most in depth report I've seen for both level 2 and level 3. The best thing though is not just Jennifer's attention to detail but her availability following to help answer any questions we had. We cannot thank Jennifer enough. She has helped us save a significant amount of money, stress and worry going forwards. A very thorough job and has been by far worth every penny. We will use Jennifer and Lotus again on all future purchases.

From the initial contact with Graham at Lotus Surveyors to the comprehensive survey received, that was undertaken by Jennifer, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As first time buyers, buying a house can be a very daunting process. With the amazing customer service we received from Jennifer and Graham, they made this part of our process feel a lot less daunting. We received an 85 paged DETAILED level 3 survey. We can truthfully say that Lotus Surveyors Ltd is trustworthy and reliable. Highly highly recommended!

I had a level 2 survey done on the 23rd Nov and it was worth every penny!

They were so thoughough - they found out so many things about my property that I wouldnt have known otherwise.

Such a detailed report - 89 pages! It not only addressed all the concerns I had given them beforehand but covered so much that I hadnt known to ask about and all the notes were clear and had photos for reference.

And when I had a few questions about the report, they called me and we went though all the details so I understood just what was needed to fix the property.

All my questions were answered and so much more.

I recently had a RICS Level 3 property survey undertaken by Lotus Surveyors, the experience was excellent start to finish with great customer service, a prompt turnaround and a very thorough and easy to understand report of over 80 pages.

Jennifer did an extremely thorough survey of a grade 2 listed property and found and flagged a number of issues which would not have been obvious from a standard report . Was followed up with a sensible and practical read through.
Our mortgage broker read through and said it was one of the best and most thorough reports he’d read over the last 20 years.

Cannot fault your commitment to finding all the faults and building issues on this property, has made me realised to not build my hopes up on a older property in the future after receiving my solicitors searches shortly after and reading the documents I had no choice but to pull out of purchasing this property thankyou for your service and you will be hearing from me in the very near future for surveying another property I am viewing this weekend, once again thankyou for your services.

Only gave 1 star as no option to give 0. Jenny was surveying my neighbours property and asked if she could look in my drains. She was quite rude and abrupt telling me I had a blockage and did I not know.a few days later my mum visited stepped on the drain cover and fell through it grazed all her leg. I rang with the hope they would repair the cover and was told I was” lying and that what did she have a broken leg now “ never had intention of claiming against her just wanted it made safe. Rudest woman I have ever come across
