100% Customer Satisfaction
I contacted customer services for Louis Poulsen about four weeks ago when my beautiful PH 2/1 limited table lamp was damaged due to a power surge. I hoped perhaps they might be able to provide either a spare element or provide details of an approved repairer. Initially I wasn't entirely convinced if they were particularly interested in helping, however after speaking with Laura she asked me to give her some time to discuss the matter with a colleague.
I contacted Laura again after 4 weeks to enquire whether there was any update and to my absolute delight she advised me that they would be sending me a new replacement stem for the lamp (with no requirement to return the original).
Absolutely delighted at such a generous solution, thank you so much, I can't wait to illuminate my beautiful lamp again.

the lamp itself more than met my expectations.
however, the metal base for the top shade was malaligned when assembled causing the installed shade to be very crooked. one of the 4 small screws holding the aluminum base plate was left long, cross-threaded and did not seat.
tricky business getting the cross threaded screw out and properly reinserted without stripping it.
assembly and inspection fell a bit short on
this stunning, top end product. otherwise perfect.

Very tricky to purchase two PH 5 Minis…
Very tricky to purchase two PH 5 Minis on their website using an iPad.
The visual scroll-down link which allowed a user to see more details and add items to the shopping basket only appeared one out of every twelve times. It was very frustrating trying to buy these items and needed a lot of patience and tenacity. I did not attempt this on my desktop PC, but the navigation for an iPad user was very unreliable and inconsistent. I’m sure many people would have given up.
This definitely needs looking into!
