Love the lamp: pretty in pink
Love the lamp. Great color, perfect amount of illumination, a classic design. Came in perfect condition, packaged like a magic egg in layers of cardboard and cloth. But the directions, given in IKEA-like illustrations, while understandable for assembly, were inadequate/incorrect? when it came to setting functions like dimming. Customer service was always prompt in their replies, and they eventually translated the poorly-illustrated instructions into understandable language that solved my problem.

The online store and the product selection was terrific! I received my item with a broken globe unfortunately...the box appeared to possibly be mishandled. I contacted their support via email, and they are sending me a new one ASAP. The response was immediate. Only took one star off because I have not yet received the replacement item. I have an order number for it, but nothing yet tracking to my address. Otherwise, a perfect experience. Will happily revise to five stars when delivered safely.

Fine shop (but check other sites as well)
The products are just fine, but I found it annoying that I couldn't manage my order (such as cancelling it) after I had placed it.
I also found that other sites will offer the same products at a higher discount (or any discount in the first place), compared with this direct sale. In my case, direct sale offered a one-time 10% discount, but other sites offered 15% of the specific item I bought. Something I only noticed afterwards. No big deal, but something I will keep in mind for next time.
