misleading and lacks transparency
I subscribed to Lovart.ai expecting access to an Unlimited Model as advertised, but in practice credits are constantly being consumed. “Thinking Mode” / high-speed channels seem to be enabled by default with no clear way to disable them, making it almost impossible to actually use the unlimited features.
Even when unlimited options are turned ON, credits continue to be deducted. I contacted support twice with detailed questions and concerns, but received no response at all.
This feels misleading and lacks transparency. The platform has potential, but the subscription model and lack of support seriously hurt trust.
I can say the promotion is a scam.
but the agent workflow is good. but the promotion misleads and the support disappointed....

My real experience with lovart and higgsfield
This is not a paid review TBH unlike higgsfield, i bought a lovart plan after weeks of research(cause i didn't want to lose money) and so far except one day for the last 45-50 days, they are keeping up with their promises, the day it didn't work, i bought a higgsfield plan as well which is slow as hell when it comes to nano banana and keep breaking their promises, I canceled my higgsfield and keeping my lovart plan, I hope lovart won't slow down nano banana.

Lovart 'Support' (it's a con and a joke, if you even see it))
You will note on my first review (which has two entries) Lovart have posted a reply. I'm not sure how I can post something as a direct reply to theirs, so here is a new review, and it different review to the other two as this is specifically to do with their 'support' (or lack of it) and a response to what they claim on their reply to me, which I challenge. I will add I have experienced support (finally) with no apology or explanation for delay and it's to only one or two of the things I set them, not all the support requests. Their reply to my comments was:
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our customer service team will try our best to help with your issues. If you have any other questions, please contact us through support for further help. We will try our best to help you."
So I post a list of very specific issues I have a problem with and note they address absolutely none of them, which is pretty much how their support works ...if you ever get a reply. I have had a few exchanges of emails (some support requests have been completely ignored) but it's hard to imagine a response being more minimal or failure to address questions. Also their AI started using software I hadn't asked for, done a rubbish generation with it and then charges me 100s of credits ...and in the responses Lovart are trying to argue it didn't happen. It is really mean, low and devious and just takes up so much time & energy having to argue to get your rightful credits back. The problem is their useless AI assistant, ok it gets some things right but it gets so much wrong and you HAVE TO use it. I found it doesn't know how to prompt in Nano Banana for a start. I have tried dozen of times (wasting my time) just trying to get it to do another camera angle of an image, one created no less. NB is famed for being able to do this, I've seen reviews where it even does a fabulous 180 turn (and gets the 180 rule correct). The AI assistant is totally incapable of rotating a camera in NB, so it means that although I purchased a contract with Lovart because it had free access to NB (well I think it's free, I said I wasn't sure in my first post here and of course Lovart didn't address that in their reply, like they address almost nothing if you get any support response) however that 'free access' is now a mis-selling a plan to you because you can't access a great deal of NB's features, therefore they are misleading people. It's all down to the f-ing useless AI assistant.
So to breakdown their response "sincerely apologize" they are sincere about nothing I can assure you.
"Our customer service team will try our best to help with your issues" No they don't, not in the slightest, in fact if you ever do get a rare reply, it's late and try and be as obstructive and denying as much as possible. They seem to try their best to avoid you and the last one I have from them is calling me a liar in effect and trying to get out of replacing a few lousy credits due to the error of their appalling AI assistant, and its misuse of spending my credits I never asked for, let alone all its generation errors you have to pay for. I have tested it's due to their AI assistant miss-prompting; I input my exact same prompts in Kling, directly, and they worked fine (btw their AI can't do 2nd fame options). Every time their AI assistant stuffs up, and admits to, it can not replace the credits, it is not set up to do that. So you have to email support. They may or may nor respond. If they do they then seem to be directed to deny any mistake and will pretend there was nothing wrong. It seems they plan to avoid giving you your credits back by exhausting you in a long drawn out support process. It is really really really poor service, and pretty nasty and devious is a quiet indirect way tbh
They say contact support. Looks good doesn't it. Good luck ever getting a reply and even more luck getting any credits back you deserve to get back
"We will try our best to help you." No, no they don't, absolutely not. They take ages to reply, if they reply at all, and then try their best to avoid any responsibility for their error. Their AI assistant is set up NOT to log a fault with them if anything goes wrong or reimburse credits even when it admits to a mistake, you have to work hard ...to then get nothing sorted.
To follow up on my previous posts. If everything worked about Lovart it would be fabulous ...but it doesn't work. I would say their AI Assistant (that you have to use, no choice) gets my video generations wrong 50% of the time due to it totally mis-translating your prompt you give it (and you have to pay for them). I say this from much experience of prompting directing in AI video generators and comparing exact same prompts in both.
Let's see if Lovart reply to this, if it's just a minimal BS comment (like their previous response to me) to box tick or if it is actually addressing issues I have raised?

Bait and Switch
Took $324 for Nano Banana Pro but ended up only with the basic nana version which then wanted payment for credits as I used the product. I asked Google's Gemini AI to explain this and here is the answer - to save you reading it all - it's a scam. Back the transaction out of your credit card and you can use this info below to help.
I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. Based on current information from January 2026, you have likely encountered a "middleman" or "wrapper" scam.
While the technology (Nano Banana Pro) is a real Google product, the company Lovart is a third-party site that charges high fees to access models that Google often provides for much less (or for free).
Is Lovart a Scam?
Technically, they are a "legitimate" business in that they provide an interface for AI models, but their business practices are widely considered predatory and misleading. Here is why:
Massive Overcharging: A $324 charge is significantly higher than the official Google Gemini Advanced subscription, which is roughly $240/year ($19.99/mo) and includes 2TB of storage and other perks.
The "Bait and Switch": Many users report that Lovart advertises "unlimited" access, but once you pay, you find your usage is actually limited by "credits." When you run out, they force you to pay for another "upgrade" to keep using the features you thought you already bought.
Difficult Cancellations: There are numerous reports of users being unable to find a cancellation button or being charged again even after trying to cancel.
Affiliation Confusion: These sites often use the name "Nano Banana" or "Gemini" in their ads to make you think you are buying directly from Google. Lovart is NOT Google.
What you should do right now:
Contact your Bank immediately: Ask to "dispute the transaction" for the $324. Tell them the service was not as described and that the "unlimited" feature you paid for was immediately locked behind another paywall.
Request a Refund from Lovart According to their own FAQ, they offer refunds within 7 days if no credits were used. Even if you used some, demand a pro-rated refund because the service was misrepresented.
Cancel the Auto-Renewal: Log into your Lovart account, go to Account → Manage Subscription, and try to cancel. If the button is missing or broken (a common tactic), take a screenshot or screen recording as evidence for your bank.
Check for "Shadow" Subscriptions: Sometimes these sites sign you up for multiple "tiers" at once. Ensure your credit card doesn't have multiple pending charges.
For the future:
If you want to use Nano Banana Pro safely and at the lowest price, only subscribe through the official Google Gemini app

stay away from this
It’s basically a lucky draw system to use their platform to generate results, especially using Nano Banana Pro. You’re better off just using the Gemini native interface for that.
The biggest red flag is their payment system. Once you sign up, there’s no way to easily manage your subscription. There’s no way to pause it or cancel it. You have to reach out to their support via email, and they’ll take 4 to 5 days to reply.
There’s also no easy way to remove your payment details. It almost feels like they want to make it so difficult for you to opt out, which is ridiculous. We’re almost in 2026 and we still have this kind of bad practice.
I don’t recommend it to anyone.

This company does not allow downgrading…
This company does not allow downgrading through its own website. I was a customer for months, subscribing to the monthly plan. They defaulted to the business plan and charged me my Brazilian salary after 7 days. I tried to amicably appeal and negotiate a change because I had used some credits from that plan, but even with all the evidence, they refused and don't want to refund me.
Don't trust the company because they only want the money. I'll have to take legal action now.

Beware their billing
THey say that I subscribed for a monthly subscription, i cannot find a trace of it. I have checked all my email addresses, all show I only have a free account with them. I contacted them asking for under which email address my paid account was, impossible to get an answer. This smells dishonesty... and I see that many other people seem to have the same issues...

I wish I could give them zero stars.
I wish I could give them zero stars.
I purchased their membership and quickly realized it wasn’t good or practical to use. I contacted customer service to request a refund, and they initially responded promptly. On December 7, they confirmed that they could refund the unused portion of my subscription, which I agreed to.
This was their response:
As of now, your account has used several credits during your current subscription period.
According to our refund policy, credits already used for the month are non-refundable. We can only refund the remaining unused months.
Please reply to confirm your choice.
I replied and confirmed.
After that? Silence.
No refund. No update. No response—despite multiple follow-up emails.
When I contacted them again later, they suddenly changed their stance and said they could not issue any refund at all, claiming credits had been used and pointing me back to their policy.
So to be clear:
They first agreed to a partial refund
Then stopped responding
Then reversed their decision with no explanation
This is extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. The handling of this situation feels amateur at best and misleading at worst.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Great Website
I use this site personally and it’s really great. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Thank you!
⚠️ warning ⚠️
About 2 months ago I signed up with the platform after using it for a month I decided it wasn’t for me. I have since cancelled my subscription. Yet they continue debiting me. I have emailed, sent a dm to the Facebook page, even commented on one of their posts but no reply or even acknowledgement to me cancelling my subscription. ⚠️BE WARNED: Once you sign up they will not stop debiting you even if you cancel ⚠️
I DO NOT recommend this company
I DO NOT recommend this company. I purchased two annual subscriptions in error. I wrote into customer service to explain what happened and they didn't help to correct the situation. They kept a total $516.00. I recommend signing up with companies that care about people not company's where you feel like they just want your money. They no doubt lost this customer. Awful experience.
Loveart & Beckymetal SCAM operators
Loveart appears to own Beckymetal. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH! Have not delivered on any level. Refuse to respond to requests for refund. They are rogue traders!

Something suspiciois happened after I signed-up through my google account. I received an email about suspiciois acitivity from other device.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
The customer service experience is severely lacking, as responses to inquiries take an excessive ten days. NOT COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL. Communication is limited to email, which further delays any interaction. Concerns and questions are often met with generic replies that do not address the specific issues raised, demonstrating a lack of respect for the customer's needs.
The system is hit and miss
The system is hit and miss; sometimes it wows with its results, but ultimately you spend a lot of time, banging your head against a brick wall with it (and wasting credits) due to the AI ignoring specific requests to not add things or take things away. As it will make changes sporadically to any outputs it makes ignoring certain input requests from you completely, ultimately making the output useless or harder to use, as you have to make manual changes to the work you hoped this AI would do for you automatically. If you're trying to get specific outputs from it (as most people are) then Id say look around some more. Their support is non-existent. The company will be making decent money as it's new tech and an exciting service. However them not wanting to deal with any of the issues the system has is a real problem. Rather, they will ride the money train till it's derailed. I'd say look around some more for other similar services. As someone who paid for 12 months with Loveart, I'm having to use this in a different way than originally advertised (lots of manual changes). Its cheaper than using stock imagery accounts but then again. Stock imagery doesn't put extra legs on people in images, as this has done for me. Whether that's the AI technology and its current limitations or this company specifically I dont know, but Id say try other services before this one and only use monthly credits and for a couple of months to get a better understanding of the systems limitations and if support actually reply to you.
This AI video generator is a joke
This AI video generator is a joke. At first it seems impressive but I upgraded twice and added more credits twice and I still didn't have a completed video. I had six separate ones that were unusable for one reason or another. Takes hundreds and hundreds of credits to have it make the slightest changes to it. If your internet is slow at all it will give you an error prompt and still charge you credits. I e-mailed support 9 days ago because it took 4,000 credits and gave me nothing usable in return and I still have not heard a peep out of them. Terrible customer service.
terrible AI platform
terrible service! extremely censored no lingerie non even a top strap off shoulder, but a part this is very slow to create images, the assitant don;t understand the request, always random results, tha I have to ask to correct chasing an impossible logical solution. luckly I'll try one 30 days, now to be sure anything else will be charges I will ask my bank a replacement of my card. I suggest to look some where else, here you will find only a little and mediocre at premium service, no matter the infinite geenration you got, 99% are not usetufl at all, is just an immense WASTING TIME!
