Customer service team is TERRIBLE
If you can stay away from Candy Coat, I recommend for you to do so. Look for other brands because the backup service is terrible.
The company has decent quality products. I will not go so far as to say their product quality is phenomenal because they are not. My own experience has not so much been with the products, but with their customer service team. Royal Mail UK DISPOSED of my order because they said it contained hazardous material. Ok, I get that this is out of the brand's control, but they are making me go through loops and hoops to try to get them to reissue the package. I have used MANY different brands over my nearly 20 years working in the nail industry, and this has never happened, not once, with any other brand. You can CLEARLY confirm through the tracking provided that Royal Mail literally DISPOSED of my package, but Candy Coat customer service is saying that I still need to wait until THEY can clear it up with Royal Mail. In my opinion it is absolutely outrageous that I have been waiting for more than 45 days and they do not care about that. They need to make sure they get their recompensation first.

You know what? That's what I did. Why should I continue to waste my time with your customer service team that does not know how to properly care for their customers? You've BEEN looking into this for the last month with no response from anyone. Worst experience ever. I will stop ordering from you. FYI, I own a nail salon with 26 staff and use over 1800 gel polish colors. Looks like you definitely lost my business.

First Worst Experience Ever
My english is not good but I’d try to explain it the best way I can. I ordered a nail drill, pink palette, a mat and a towel. The towel and mat came perfectly fine but the nail drill came with scratches and paint bubbles even though I did leave a comment because a girl did a review on it on Youtube and it came that way but looks like they don’t take your comment into consideration and the pink palette had a missing cover. I contacted them about my problem told me to return the nail drill but that I could keep the pink palette, sent me a return label, went all the way down to town to get it printed just to find out at the post office that the return label has been already used and that the weight mention on the label is inferior to the actual nail drill weight, so I was fed up and I try to contact the company but no answer so I returned it with my own money and I showed them all the receipts but they wouldn’t want to give me a partial refund and told me that the return label was custom made form me (WHAT A JOKE) and they told me that there were no need to scan it that I should just drop it in the Royal Mail mailbox like RM wouldn’t try to scan it, so angry as I told them that this is my first time buying your expensive products that don’t even come brand new and that you provide very poor customer service, even Aliexpress has way better customer service. Asked them to send me a picture of the replacement nail drill because at this point I feel like I’m still gonna get a nail drill with scratches and paint bubbles again. Apparently they already shipped it without even showing me the pictures as they said they would. And they send me a tracking number that doesn’t even work, still waiting for them to answer me concerning the tracking number. No partial refund, no compensation from them, most greediest company I ever purchased from after wasting my time and money for nothing. I wish I could include all the screenshots of conversations I had with them. If I could but less than a star I would.

Still not heard anything back absolutely shocking behaviour I’m definitely taking this further you caused me emotional distress the way I’ve been treated an apple to along with be robbed an not refunded , so people if you do by off them just remember they’re refund policy is a scam! Love the products by candy coat, I used to pay to have my nails done and wanted to save money - so I started doing my own nails. My nail technician used candycoat, so I knew I wouldn’t have any problems. Fast forward over a year later and I’m still buying their products now. I had 0 experience with doing nails and now it’s something I look forward to doing every few weeks, as a result I have cute nails and I’m saving the money instead of paying someone else to do it. Never had a bad experience with this company and will continue to give them my custom 🫶🏻

Issue handled well by customer services
I made my first order from candy coat for a few colours and tools to start out. Out of the few colours I had two that were the incorrect colour. Not a shade difference but dark blue instead of pink for example. I asked if I could send these back. While customer service were a little slow they did get back to me with everything, discussing the problem, a return label, offered me my selected colours and some freebies. Martine handled my issue and they were polite and understanding. I don’t know why there are such low opinions on here because like I said they were a little slow but did get back me and sorted the issue.
As far as the actual product performs is excellent. The gels and tools are high quality. Will order again in the future.

Candycoat polishes are the best polishes I have ever used - durable, beautiful and easy to use. I ordered a number of polishes during the sale, and did have an incorrect item arrive. This was resolved by Martine - they replaced the item with another, and sent over sweets and a polish container. Very helpful, and excellent customer service. Thank you <3

Ordered a while ago and I’m happy with my nail lamp but unhappy with my nail polishes and the responses I received after I complained. I bought the classic rainbow set of polishes, but what I received was very different from the photograph. When I enquired about this I was told “these are the colours included in your rainbow box” and when I asked if I could return it I was told “unfortunately no colours are picked at random”. I have now been helped with my situation and been offered a discount on my future purchase.

Great quality products & amazing price
Great quality products. For a professional nail technician I cannot afford to mess up so it is very important to have reliable products. Candy Coat’s products so far have not disappointed me, there is a big variety of colours and textures as well as accessories + the colours are lovely! (I am waiting for a few specific ones which are popular and therefore out of stock. Can’t wait until they are available again). Plus the prices and offers make it that much more enjoyable to order from candy coat !

Glitters Everywhere
I ordered a subscription, unfortunately by the bottle with loose glitter broke, the box was all filled with it. Although this shouldn't happened, every single element in my salon is now covered with glitter 😃.
Sheerah gave me the most customer friendly apology and promised me to send the glitter along with the next subscription box and some freebies with it. Thank you, Sheerah and Candy Coat for this great experience. Really appreciate it.
Still waiting for my refund
Ordered an efile in back end of February, it went missing. Had to wait til 18th April for them to finally decide to replace / refund. Naturally I chose a refund.
I’m still waiting for them to refund this, emailed Martine their customer support manager this morning and the email address doesn’t exist. Stay well clear.
