Speed of response and excellent continuous service There was part of the trip (beach)
that I wasn’t keen to do and therefore, and with the invaluable help of the assistant, changed that part to spending time in a separate small hotel near a National Park which suited me .
Also, in order to maintain business class changed the flight day and stay in hotel all the time keeping me informed by both phone and email.

Saw advert on internet, made enquiry, received callback from Laura and booked same day. All info was very clear, and was able to book exact dates wanted also tailor the excursions to suit.

I cannot thank Alexandra Greenspan her knowledge and understanding of having a holiday in Cuba at the time of booking our trip. Alexandra went through the everything in detail. It was lovely to speak with a person who had visited Havana and knew first hand of what was going to make our holiday one to remember. The prices and tours are an excellent price.

Wanted to plan a tour to suit my interests. Wildlife, culture and memorable experiences. My contact Liam listened to my request, created a trip to cover my interests and more, horse riding, some historic hotels some smaller accommodation for a female alone. Costed to my budget, couldn't have been easier and had a laugh or two in the planning, as he has spent a great deal of time in Cuba himself his knowledge clearly showed re all the venues which he described in detail with many additional points, currency, customs, best food locations - list provided etc etc.. 5 star from me.

OK, we cannot comment on the holiday itself (as we won't be there for 11 weeks!) but the helpful and efficient service we have experienced thus far has been first class. Charmaine knows Cuba, and the tourist industry. She took pains to find out what we wanted and why, and was able to put us the way of what looks to be (and we hope will be) a first-class holiday in this beautiful island.
