Quick response to my enquiry.Alexandra was very informative and helpful adding extra information about visiting Cuba.We are happy we chose Love Cuba for our holiday.

We spoke with Alexandra from the Love Cuba team, we got a call from her as soon as their office opened after I left a consultation request online. She talked it through with me over the phone, gave me every detail I could want and answered every question I had and afterwards I got a comprehensive quotation with all the details she explained in an email.. after reviewing the package I called back to see if we could amend the booking and change hotel and I got a call from her within minutes with 2 new quotations, all well explained. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Booking process was easy and after 30-45 mins after booking we received an email with all the documents with the package. Looking forward to our trip - ask for Alexandra, she was great

Great service from Alexandra and Tony very informative and excellent knowledge,Alexandra helped with a hotel change that I requested and Tony was at hand to complete the booking!! I would definitely recommend as the knowledge the agents have is excellent.

Emilio the rep is brilliant. Havana if you go open mind your experience real Havana but 2 days is more than enough. Varadero hotel Blau staff are excellent sitrep the hotel it self desperate need of maintenance e.g during last night's rain storm water pouring through out the hotel including corridor too guests rooms. Creating a very real slip hazard, the gym neither tread mill working other equipment is either broken or partial. Now the biggest issue - mosquitos no where in the hotel including your room is a safe Haven from the relentless attack both my partner and I in less than 24 hrs of arrival have suffered 20/30 bites EACH. Having spoken to other guest that have stayed at this hotel a number of times they have voiced there extrem disappointment in the hotel this year. This is not limited to mosquito or maintenance the quality on variety of food available in restaurants has demised beyond recognition compared to previous years. We have to share there disappointment, if it was option we would take the first flight home.

Dealing with Tony made the booking seamless. Options included for upgrades to flight class further down the line was a bonus with maximum exected costs allowed for. Holiday Itenary is great and the information provided with travel documents excellent. And the holiday wont get cancelled, which was what happened to us with Titan travel for 2026. Should have come to Love cuba in the first place.

Very friendly and knowledgeable agent with first-hand Cuba experience who was able to answer my questions and guide me through the booking process. All changes to dates and itinerary accommodated without problem.

Liam at Love Cuba was exceptionally professional and helpful from start to finish. He made the whole holiday experience easy and every detail was catered to. We had a fabulous time in a beautiful hotel with amazing gardens away from the crowds and all the commercialised areas. Will most certainly be using Love Cuba again. 5 stars well deserved.

Always wanted to visit Cuba but had a few doubts but after speaking to Laura Thomas who has fantastic knowledge of the country having visited a few times got rid of my doubts and also sorted me out a fantastic package with no hard sell, great travel agent

Wonderful service from Tony setting up the holiday to the brilliant Janet who arranged all the details for us. I'm 84 getting over major surgery and our booking was complicated because the woeful BT changed our email system when installing our new phones losing nearly all my storage. Janet patiently and considerately overcame these problems as without her we would not have been able to go ahead. If every agency we dealt with had a Janet our lives would be a great deal easier.
