Poor customer service
I am still waiting for an order tha has been made on Nov. 24. The parcel has still not been sent from dispatch. Clearly there is problem. I have written multiple times, nothing has been done and I just keep receiving promotions, like nothing happened Since then I made a second order which I have received, but the first order is still lost in the mist. That is too bad, because it was a gift and now it is late.

They don’t assist customers with orders altered
I have now placed 2 orders in the last month. Quality of what I received was excellent, however they did not honor the 3 for 2 panty discount and said they will contact their promo dept.
second order they emailed me 2 days later to say they are out of stock but will send the rest of order. Then another email 24 hours later to say the free bullet is out of stock. Again I tried contacting them through the website to ask for an alternative for the missing product(lube and now the free bullet). But was told a week later that they cannot amend the order once placed.
Correct me if I’m wrong but they amended the same order twice and won’t amend it for me when I request an alternative for replacements.
Maybe they should contact their customers before they place incomplete orders.
Ps. I am still waiting for Sophie to respond about first order with their promotions team(nov8)
