Quality is good, policies - Not so much
The quality of materials and the fit is great. However, the shipment was delayed by about a week. Normally, I wouldn't find this frustrating. But when I placed the order, it said the shipment would arrive by December 3rd at the latest. I had an event scheduled for December 7th for which I was ordering for in the first place. The shipment arrived only on December 11th. The customer service team refused to refund stating that they can do so only if the shipment is lost. I could return it, but they were going to charge me for shipping it back to them. This was very frustrating for me. Because I ended up buying somewhere else for the event and this shipment arrived a few days later and I am now forced to keep it.

The order was late and missed the the “latest by” date you provided by 3 days and the original scheduled date by 5 days. When I tried to reach the help centre to explore a return no agent was available on 4 attempts, only the chatbot, so I gave up.

I had a great experience with this company, and several things really stood out. Where's the goods?

Would be nice to resend the order or refund, but would rather have the goods!
Update to this: the company has resent my order less an item that was now out of stock. I have ordered from Lovehoney before without incident so I will increase my rating to reflect this. Hopefully any subsequent orders will arrive as expected.
Have always had good luck with these guys so hope it continues.

I still haven’t received my order
I still haven’t received my order. 2 weeks over due.
This has still not been resolved and we have tried to reach out again (day and night) no there are no agents available. Going for a refund now. There order is obviously lost.
On a positive note, our previous order came promptly and we were very happy with it.
