Order a product was smaller to fit me . Return it same day . I was thinking to exchange it to bigger size but their return policy is worst . I have to pay 18 $ for return. That's why recommend people think before ordering in case not the same size or different from pictures. Make sure check their return policy.

The negative: despite the fact that there are more than 3 intensity levels, none of them are explosive orgasms makers. Honestly I used to have a bullet that was way more powerful than this. Good products, terrible service and shipping
TL;DR: Good quality affordable products, but abysmal support and shipping. Only order in Canada if you're prepared to wait 3-4 weeks.
Products on Lovehoney are affordable and generally good quality - you get what you pay for. The website itself is very pleasant to use, with helpful product videos and guides.
Unfortunately, this positive experience ends the moment you check out. Shipping delays are a constant. They use notoriously unreliable carriers like Landmark Global in Canada (1.4/5 on Google Reviews), and packages sometimes sit in their sorting facility with no movement toward delivery.
Getting in touch with their customer support is equally frustrating. You can use their live chat and email, but cannot call them for support. On live chat, agents are unavailable almost all the time as they are busy, and if you're lucky enough to join the queue, expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a first response. Email is the only reliable option, but responses take about five business days.
They advertise 5-working-day standard delivery, but then impose an additional waiting period before you can even request a refund on an already delayed order. It feels that the support process is intentionally designed to discourage customers from seeking help.
This isn't a product problem, it's a shipping problem. Please use better carriers, set realistic delivery expectations, and offer refunds when customers reach out about delayed orders instead of making them jump through hoops.

Everything was great except when I put…
Everything was great except when I put it on for the first time, I noticed it was missing a garter. It only had 3. Was a.little awkward bit I just took the only back one off.
I have contacted Lovehoney but have to wait 5 to 7 business days to see what they will do.
Other than that everything was great. Fit was perfect. Delivery to Canada was about a week from ordering. It feels great. I really like it.

I tend to be difficult (not for lack of trying) and my Happy Rabbit worked beautifully. There is noise, not as loud as some reviews stated, but it can't be heard outside the room (unlike me) I've only used the first setting, Bzzzzzzz lvl 2, havent tried any other, and I was happily satisfied.
