Poor service going against consumer Law
Returned an order within 14 days under UK consumer rights and a full refund has not been given.
Only way to get to support is through an AI bot that then raises a ticket and advises replies are within a week.
Had a reply from an agent that clearly does not understand consumer rights and declined the rest of the refund. And now Lovehoney are ignoring my emails.
Steer clear!!!

The delivery really let the whole thing down! Paid next day delivery, 2 days later was unsure when I was getting package, but delivery refunded, Used love honey a few years back and then the 'deals' weren't deals and nothing new, but had to replace something.
