Special offers advertised were not applied at checkout. Apparently there’s nothing that Lovehoney can do after the order has been delivered. I will never use this site again.
Edit. After I posted the above review, Lovehoney did email asking for details of the order. As I had already attempted to contact them and was told they were not able to assist after the order had been delivered, I have not asked for any further assistance with their error. I simply will never shop there again. One valued customer lost. Amazing how they were suddenly willing to help after I left a poor review, but were unwilling to assist when my incorrect order was delivered.

Ordered before and have had no problems, however after having an issue (these things happen) with a relatively expensive product arriving broken and unusable, I have now been waiting 14days and only have had one seemingly ai generated response.
I would highly recommend improving and potentially expanding your customer service department, assuming volume is the issue.
