The product I purchased was faulty. I put in a message to the company. Then I waited. I got a message back eventually asking if I'd like another product or a refund, I answered and gave heard nothing more.

Poor customer after care
Customer for years and usually happy. Not everything is quite as expected, fit is not standard but on the whole products are good and reasonable value- particularly if on sale!
However I recently received a faulty product, the back seams were ripped. I'd never returned anything before so followed the returns process closely, getting the automated system which resulted in a ticket being raised for the matter to be dealt with.
I heard nothing so got back in touch since I was concerned the product was becoming unavailable. I was reassured the product would be replaced and another ticket was raised.
However I still didn't hear anything back so ended up reordering it, will all the additional things you add to get free P&P, so an extra cost I had not expected.
This might have been the first time I've had an issue but if a company has poor after sales service I think twice about buying from them.
