Delivery problems resolved
Edit: Following delivery problems with parcel point I received my replacement order, plus the original order (box damaged in transit, returned to Lovehoney) - I'm satisfied Lovehoney were apologetic about the delay and replaced the missing order without too much difficulty.
Would recommend avoiding parcel point service and getting direct delivery where possible, the pickup service uses Evri whose service I find can be unreliable.

Ordering was easy. Canceling was not
Ordering was easy. Cancelling is much more of an issue. For some reason they cant contact interdepartmentally, and cancel an order that not been processed. Very strange. I would upl9ad the transcript of the live chat but I was unable to get a copy after the agent decided they wanted to just end the chat, they ended the chat without answering my query properly, other than hard luck leave it or return it. Weird when its not even been picked or sent out.. safe to say this has left a sour taste in my mouth for this company, I will look for alternatives going forwards.

Item Never Arrived & Terrible Customer Service
Bought this as a joke gift for a friend's 21st birthday party, but it never arrived. Trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible. I filled out the contact form on the website multiple times and was never contacted back. It completely ruined the surprise, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
