Be careful if ordering running trainers.

I ordered some specialist carbon plated running trainers off this website. Wore them ONCE and was in excruciating pain. I’ve never had this with trainers before after wearing 2/3 pairs from other websites. I contacted them for a return as the trainers are not fit for purpose (one of the conditions of return on the website) and they said I couldn’t return if worn, despite having them for 1 week, them still being in good condition and only being tested once.

I’d expect this in normal circumstances for clothing, but other websites such as ASICS, sport shoes etc allow returns within 30 days despite wearing them, if the trainers aren’t right as they recognise that trainers can only be tested if worn to run due to them being a specialist shoe.

Disappointed as I have now spent £200 on trainers from this website and cannot be refunded. If I had bought them straight from the manufacturer/ a different website, I would be able to. Will not be using this website again to purchase specialist gear.

Great experience, I am from Uruguay and it was the third time I purchased here. Always everything ok.

The ordering process was simple and easy, great value for money and discount codes work ontop of sale prices. Picked up two adidas predators. The only thing bringing my rating down to a 4 star currently is the use of hermes (evri) delivery service. My area is notorious for poor service or packages going missing from drivers who steal the parcels and mark them as delivered so had to pay extra for DPD. Haven't received the parcel but really excited about my order.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed to discover that the kits appear to be fake. The cuts of both kits are completely different, and the product code on the tag (FZ6278) does not match the code inside the kit (FJ1198). FJ1198 is not a valid code for the Inter Milan 24/25 3rd kits, further confirming my concerns.

UPDATE : Thank you to Ross and the customer service team for their investigation. It appears that other buyers had returned genuine kits after swapping them with fake ones, and their returns department may have overlooked the details. I have received a refund from them and will continue to trust that they sell genuine items.

Quick delivery and easy to use website

My boots haven't arrived. I have tried contacting the company and there is no contact number and they do not reply to emails. Maybe they will respond to a 1 star review... I placed an order more than 2 weeks ago... boots are still "in transit" ??

Good site, very easy to order

I bought a pair of Nike Mercurial AG boots from Lovell at the end of the summer season last year. Sadly after only five months of wear (~3 games a week), two deep cracks formed straight through the AG plate on the left boot.

I contacted Lovell enquiring if they could help, honestly not expecting much. Within 24 hours they agreed to replace the boots for the same value. As I got those boots at the end of last season, they've already been superseded by a newer boot that's a little more expensive. Lovell not only shipped the new boots immediately via a premium courier service, they also kindly agreed to cover the difference in cost for the inconvenience - even when it was Nike's fault and not theirs.

It's so difficult to find trustworthy companies these days, but Lovell knocked it out the park. I will always come back for new boots here every season based on how well they treated me.
