My mum ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to her grand daughter and mother which was never received. After going back n forth with the company I was told I would not be receiving a refund. Instead I was told the flowers were delivered and that was that..

I explained the doors in the picture was not the addresses and the order was clearly delivered elsewhere but again nothing has been done .

I was offered a credit note for future orders , but I would never use this company again

I can’t believe a company like this would do such a thing after being a loyal customer for many years.

This company takes your money and doesn’t even supply the goods. I ordered for my mother costing £19.94 inc p&p to be delivered 25 March for Mother’s Day. I gave them plenty of time. Nothing has ever been delivered. I have emailed and left phone messages. The only email I had back was offering me 20% off as a sorry for not delivering on the set day!!!! Do not buy under any circumstances it a scam scam scam

Ordered from this company for the first time and they delivered my mother's day flowers THREE DAYS LATE! I have contacted them on numerous occasions but have received no response. Needless to say, l won't be using them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Went onto their website on Sunday to order 12 pink roses for my daughters birthday..(a tradition started by her grandfather, carried on be her nan, then me).. Was offered delivery for the next day, which I was pleased about as my daughter was visiting me on Monday. Had a confirmation email, then later in the day email saying flowers had been prepared ready for delivery.
The flowers hadn't arrived by the time she had to leave Monday evening.
I emailed them on Tuesday, asking about delivery, to date (Wednesday) no reply.
I did in fact receive the said flowers, by post, today. Upon opening them they were all droopy, and looked absolutely NOTHING like the description... more like a bunch of petrol station flowers at double the cost.
On Monday I did go on their FB page and wished I had done before ordering from this (so called) florist, there was very many bad reviews.... all had disappeared today when I looked again, leaving only good reviews (probably written by them to make them look good)!!!
Please avoid this florist if you don't want to be disappointed.

This company is dreadful. Offers next day delivery and the flowers might or might not arrive four days later. Do not use them

This company is unbelievable I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday. She sent me a photo of them I was shocked . I paid £30 and what she got looked like a bunch of £4 flowers from a corner shop. I wrote to complain and sent the photo. The reply was the manager had seen the photo and flowers were ok and offered me 20 percent off my next order. NO THANKS

Where is the zero stars button? They have had soooo many bad reviews they are oblivious to it. Terrible terrible company who do not care about their customers. Awful awful awful. I can not tell how bad their customer service is, flowers arrived a week late and after 4 emails of compliant NO REPLY. Just awful you should be ashamed. I am NEVER using you again.

I ordered flowers on the Tuesday 4th Jan as a special surprise to be delivered on the Saturday. No flowers arrived, the surprise was spoilt. They finally arrived on the following Tuesday 11th Jan. So if you think of useing this company don't bother.

Ordered wreath for 04/01/2022 on 30/12/2021 and was informed that local florist had been informed and everything was going ahead.
On actual day of funeral 05/01/2022 wreath had not arrived and no response to telephone calls or email.
For over £50 one would expect some type of service or response.
The embarrassment and stress cannot be explained, so be warned, this company deserves to go out of business to stop honest people fron being scammed.

No communication called and emailed over 45 times…..flowers ordered for 29/12 horrors that when flowers eventually arrived 4/1 dead pictures to prove. Asked for refund no answering!!!!! Stay clear….

Placed 3 orders for delivery Xmas Eve. Get emailed on Xmas Eve to find out they will be delivered on 29th. Disgusting service from an appalling company. I will never use them again.

Am a returning customer and my recipients have always been thrilled with their flowers which arrived fresh and on time.

Went online to send flowers, lovely floraworld says "free delivery" then adds £4.95 "tracking fee" to the order. Avoid this company, a rip off misleading advert!

Flowers arrived 6 days late with no advance communication and bouquet was not as advertised - much smaller, no chrysanthemums. After a numerous emails they finally refunded just the postage charge

Disappointed there was no greenery or gypsophelia in the flowers as advertised

The flowers were brown on the outside and the gypsophilia was very brown and already dead. None of the flowers had come out at all so not good to give as a gift. They arrived in the evening when it was specified that they would arrive in the morning. Impossible company to deal with. Do not buy from them as it’s not worth the risk.

Please avoid this company, the flowers look nothing like their advertised photos, they arrive dead,broken and celotaped together.
The company will refuse a refund or acknowledge that anything is wrong.
Negative reviews are deleted off their facebook page and reply with a general email.

Please please avoid!

My daughter bought flowers for me for Mother’s Day. They were supposed to be delivered on the Saturday but only after she contacted the company they were delivered on the Monday. They bore absolutely no resemblance to the photo on the website. They arrived with no water round the stems. They were dead by the Friday. She contacted the company to seek redress but was fobbed off with “ our head florist says that they are exactly as described on the website”. Her response was “well your head florist needs glasses!”
What a waste of money. This company is obviously profiteering on the back of the pandemic. Don’t use them at any cost. They have been the subject of TV con stories and their website is full of complaints. They need to be reported to trading standards. I believe their CEO, an Asian gentleman, has quite the history of poor customer relations. Steer clear folk, steer clear.
